As everyone else says, it's always a pop in location to see what's new. Great staff, great selection and great atmosphere. Recommend the clothing /brand for a good summer look that is timeless and lasts
Welcoming staff. Lots of choice, staff were extremely helpful (Sonia and Lauren, ) suggested dresses for me to try. Gave opinion on sizing up or down depending on material and shape of garment. Lots of banter made it a delightful experience. I bought alot more than I intended. The ladies were a credit to your company and I will most definitely shop there and recommend this store to everyone. Fantastic service Sonia and Lauren. Thank you so much
Excellent customer service, Totnes branch, the only irony I find is the brand is very big on promoting "Seasalt Cornwall" when every product I looked at was Made in China!

I find it easier to buy online but it can take a while so shop here on occasion....however I am reducing my review to just one star after an unsatisfactory experience. Ordered items for my mother who has dementia and as I was going into Totnes twice over the following 10 days I arranged to pick them up from the store. Called in 5 days after ordering on the off chance they'd been delivered and was met with "have you got an email" ...i explained I had popped in on the off chance "you'll get an email" she snapped. I could see an arm of the tops directly in front of me but I suffer from anxiety and the sales lady had triggered me into a panic so I left. My mum became ill so I didn't call in for another 10 days and sadly it was the same lady serving. She was fuming that I wanted to return them. (I had actually bought the items whilst at my mum's) and refused to give me a refund but said she'd send them back and I'd get a refund from head office once they'd received them. I left the shop but worried I'd never see the money popped back in and asked for some paperwork so she wrote on a piece of paper that I'd returned them. I received the refund some 7days later. I will never buy from sea salt again.
