   What a credit Karen in the shop is to the Quba organisation. One of the most orderly shops we have ever been into. Stock beautifully arranged and displayed. Nothing out of place. Helpful - chatty - offered advice and guidance. A pleasure to shop here.

   Dartmouth store - Karen. So helpful and kind. Went above and beyond yesterday (27th Sept) when I phoned for help in order to locate a particular grey spot sweater I had seen in Salcombe. She was great - chalk and cheese to the really disinterested and unhelpful woman in the Salcombe branch. Will definitely go back to Dartmouth…but won’t go to the Salcombe one again. Nice sweater, by the way!

   Shopped at Cuba sails in May 23 while on holiday and treated ourselves to some expensive coats for our holidays in the rain. We also bought a bag / rucksack to use when away and whilst we thought a little expensive for a bag we thought we were buying quality... how wrong we could be, 1st time we used the bag the bungie cord came straight out. The peice of material it was in hadn't been sewn in correctly which was disappointing and a waste of £45.00. We have today visited the shop in Dartmouth and having paid cash for the bag and not having the original reciept the sales lady didn't want to know, she was very sharp and dismissive and not interested at all that we had a problem. We now realise that this isn't the quality product we hoped for and not a reputable company to try and deal with, buyer beware. Keep your reciept and pay with a credit card so that you have some Insurance, that way you'll be covered if you have a problem.

   Nice shop with friendly staff. Lovely range of clothing with a generally nautical theme and good sale prices when i went. Purchased a jumper and a parka at great prices. Dog friendly shop.
