Got there a few hours before closing time and the shop was practically empty and devoid of all goods. Before I even got in to the shop, the car park was like an ice-skating ring. The staff could at least gone round with some salt after all, they are owned by a bin company. Iβve been to a few different branches, and this is the second time Iβve been to this particular one. Iβm both occasions. There has been slim pickings. The prices lately also seem quite Ballsy consider considering the whole ethos of the company is about preventing waste, for instanceand products that are on three for 12 pounds in the supermarket with a week plus shelf life. Iβll be in sold here for 3 pounds 50 per pack with perhaps one or two days shelflife. It just doesnβt make any sense to buy those products here. The staff also like inventing rules to suit them for instance over Christmas they out of nowhere oops the number of transactions to three per visit and increase the number of items one purchase of one kind to 12. Fast forward a week to today and that has reverted back to normal with no warning? Itβs only when you get to the till that the shop worker decides β oh youβre only allowed two of those four for a pound bottle drinksβ this despite it not saying that anywhere, and on past visit Iβve seen customers are they certain demographic filling their trolleys to the brim with Price marked items that are likely to find their way into corner shops. Would love to know how that is doing good for members?

Great place to shop originally opened to offer discounted food, drink & the odd household product to front line workers (police, ambulance, firebrigade etc) but have now opened up to people on benefits as well which unfortunatley has allowed the habitual influx of migrants many who abuse the system would only ask the staff to triple & quadruple check the documents of those who apply for membership and be extra harsh with the screening process if they truly need to shop here fair enough but I visit regually and see to many cases of people driving high end vehicles shopping here and abusing the system.....!!!!!

Now whilst I can see there's plenty of customers here that are just pure greedy and grab whatever bargains they can. The staff in the dudley store really need to learn some manners and customer service. I visited on boxing day and the staff were trying to stock the shelves whilst the customers were in store just after opening time. OK that's fair enough but please treat those paying customers with respect instead of barging them out of the way or shouting "we need to get in there" or "im working in this area". No please or thanks or even an excuse me. Making the customer feel uncomfortable and basically telling them to move like they are an inconvenience. If this were any other store the customer would be treated with respect why not the same at the company shop? Disappointing! We are all paying your wages by shopping here and keeping the store in business, please treat your customers with respect.

Never had a problem going to the store, the previous staff have always been lovely. But as soon as I walked in with my friend, whose religion is very clear, theyβve followed us around the shop until theyβve screamed accusations at us for the whole store to hear. And it wasnβt one, at least three people including the manager threatened us βI have ur name and address and I know where you liveβ, all for an accusation. And it wasnβt an accusation for stealing per se, it was for smelling my own item. I was chased down the store until the very exit, manager patronising me and attempting (and failing) to provoke me. The only one colleague who shared the same religion as my friend had her head down in shame at the treatment we received. And I know this was blatant racism, as nothing like this has ever come close to happening to me before. Fix these colleagues disgusting attitude, otherwise I have no problem escalating this to the head office. I have all of their names and faces. But racism and discrimination goes against the human rights act.

Same prices like in any store... Ok, you will find some bits cheaper but the ones that expiring in 3 days and nothing that you really need. Also i found that chicken breast same price like in any store... Kefir "looks" cheaper couse is expiry in 1 day but on Polish shop or corner shops you will find kefir at 0.89-1 pound...Bacon slices same prices... . Just Damaged products cheaper and expiring ones. Car park was empty just a sign that people don't bite it anymore....

Toilet rolls are cheaper in Aldi, fruit and vegetables are always on the verge of going off if they haven't already. Last 2 times I've been the meat shelves were empty, and the freezers full of either the same items which weren't exactly cheap or empty. Also be careful of the "bargain bins" check the prices carefully as some of it is priced higher than in the actual shops. To say this shop is supposed to help those in key jobs or on low incomes it needs to do better.

Very hit and miss. Sometimes it's fully stocked and has good deals. Sometimes the shelves are empty or there doesn't seem to be many bargains. The staff seem very friendly and helpful and there are disabled toilets inside. It's very spacious and has a variety of things available. Sometimes things aren't well priced. I do find it frustrating that you can have 4 soft drinks/cans for Β£1 or pay 29p per item for a max of 6. However if you want alcohol you can buy 15 cans/bottles for Β£10. That seems a bit backwards in promoting the alcohol over soft drinks. Overall I like to go there to see if there are any bargains to be had.

This is a great idea. Staff are really lovely and the shop is huge and always clean. Prices are great if you find something you like as they get stock in from places like Waitrose and marks and Spencer and Morrisons etc. There's isn't as much variety as a normal supermarket do its not great for a family food shop, but it's definitely on my list for reduced item shopping.. Especially stuff I can use to batch cook or freeze or random things for packed lunches. It's never really busy when I've visited which I like.

*You need membership to get in* Membership is open to almost all key workers also Dudley store has extended its membership to those in receipt of means tested benefits, including families with children receiving Free School Meals (FSM). It's worth a visit potluck really, what kind of bargains you can find, you can get a variety of groceries products, frozen products and beauty products there is a section of snacks and drinks and cleaning items. You can pick up 6 of the same items unless stated otherwise. Free parking and disable toilets on site, nice friendly staff.

Company shop is located on the old British federal estate and is a brand new building with a lot of space. Getting to company shop is easy to get to. From Birmingham or Wolverhampton direction it's on the a4123 Birmingham new road and is literally a stones throw from black Country museum so it's easy to locate. With large security fencing, the car park is quite large and always more than enough space no matter what time you go there. To shop there, you have to be a member and not everyone can be accepted. You have to either work in certain sectors or be in receipt of certain benefits to be accepted. Once inside, it's very large and spacious with very helpful, friendly staff who we help you should you need to. There's always someone on hand to help no matter what it is. The quality of goods is very high, and 99% of the goods are always well in date with some great deals always on display. They sell a lot of branded items as well as shop own brand at really cheap prices that's suitable for everyone's pocket. You have to go regularly as deals change all the time with new stock arriving all the time and they don't stay on the shelves for long either. It's well worth a visit to see what's for sale on that day wether it's fresh food or tinned or toiletries. If your looking to see if they stock certain things, give them a ring first. Once you have joined, visit their Facebook page for all the latest items that arrive and deals.
