   Shop is kept in a alright condition, Susan(Simon) was a great help with her 50 points Clubcard, met her at Goals the other day, enjoy the holiday to Dubai soon. (This is a joke). Sad that there isn't any cheese twists in the bakery isle, I personally always enjoyed them. Freezer may also have some issues sometimes, but the service is very pleasant.

   Over the last couple of years , this, my local Tesco express has had numerous problems with their fridge and freezer units , This has resulted in thousands of pounds worth of stock being thrown in the skip , This is a huge waste not to mention the probability that this has resulted in prices skyrocketing in this store , it would have been cheaper to replace said fridge and freezer units compared to the cost of the wastage ,this is supposed to be a convenience store , not an inconvenience store , today I popped in for some essentials only to find every fridge and freezer empty ,

   Having to stand in a long que just to have a parcel scanned; while there are staff free to do a 30 second job. They need more staff on the till to help out.

   I use this store regularly and have not had any issues. Most days there is no queue and they have a really good range for the size of the shop. They have security at the door most times and they are good at organising people on and out. The staff are nice although most times I use the self check out so I have little experience with the till staff. In terms of social distancing, it can be a little hard to do that in this store as it is such a small store but they have barriers between the check outs which helps.

   Prices escalating daily but good stock for a convenience store. Staff always helpful though I am sick of the scammers pitched outside the doors intimidating on entry and departure .. get rid of them Tesco they do you no favours. Car park good and an ATM so a useful stop.

   I wasted time in a queue to use the self-serve tills, only to find that Tesco in their infinite wisdom have made them all "cards only". No signs up to to tell me of the fact. Then had to queue again to pay a cashier. I won't be returning.
