   Only 1 cash register, long slow queues, self checkout machines are card only. Several staff stacking shelves and in way of customers. The place is a mess. The manager could see long queues, but she just stood there stacking sweets on at front. The cash desk area, is crammed and a mess. On.the side are baskets full of marked down items. Very poor store and poor customer service.

   Parking is tight as there are not many spaces. There are two disabled spaces to the front. Quite a large Express, selling everything you would expect in a convenience store including bakery and fresh fruit and veg. Very nice staff. Very friendly.

   A great and convenient little Tesco. Friendly and helpful staff and a limited but handy range of everyday items. Also parcel facilities and a cash point outside. Parking can be a little tricky at times if the shop is busy. Worth a visit if you're passing and need essentials. Handy if you're visiting Bantock Park and you need supplies for kids.

   I am addressing my complaints to the manager about an English brother and sister who work at this Tesco. Today is the 9th of September, 2023, the incident around 13:00. At the above mentioned time, I went in to send a parcel that I sold on Vinted app and had a 20kg label for it from Evri company, but an English sister who works there, the moment she saw me she aggressively said I NEET TO CHECK THE WEIGHT OF THIS. I was surprised, I thought I had done something wrong, When I calmly replied, why are you so aggressive? She became more aggressive and kept saying that I was rude. A few seconds later, an English brother came and lifted my parcel to estimate the weight, then said, "Your parcel is too heavy. The driver will not take it." Although my label was for 20 kilograms and my parcel weighed less than 10 kilograms, with all due respect for him, he was very weak. Therefore, the kilograms were doubled for him. I said Okay let's check it on a scale, If it exceeded 15 kilograms, which was their limit, I would take my parcel back, but they said we don't have scales here. I said we cannot estimate something's weight just by lifting it, we have to check it on a scale, but the sister told me to go outside or she would call the police, and she was continuously calling me rude and encouraging one of the customers against me to show her self good. In fact, from the beginning of the incident to the end, I didn't even raise my voice or use inappropriate words but rather smiled. Then I went to another store and they welcomed my parcel very gently. I feel disappointed that I was treated like this today. Indeed, respect is essential, and we must break the idol of arrogance and superiority in ourselves. I hope my voice is heard

   Terrible customer services, discriminatory behaviour given my state of attire. I am a 22 year old woman who is unable to purchase a caffeinated drink without an ID card - when I can open a bank account with a picture on my phone! My partner's father couldn't even purchase one for me! Overall, this is extremely distressing, especially as I had further work to do in the evening. Extremely rude, and not sure whether I will commit to Sainsburys given the state of this service.

   Very nice Tesco express store, always clean and tidy. The staff are always very welcoming and apologise if their has been a cue. The store is laid out well it's just a shame it's not a larger building. On entering the store you can go up and down the Isles wondering what you'll find next. At the back of the store the freshly baked cake and cobs lay waiting for someone to be tempted. Umm very nice and tasty. They also have a nice selection of fresh flowers. Then off to the checkout to get lottery ticket and a nice bottle of wine, pay then on way home.

   I just visited this store to buy one item. When I got to the checkout there where 2 people in the queue 1 was checking out. 2 members of staff were chatting to this person, endlessly. The other was a member of staff buying her lunch who joined in the conversation. This member of staff buying her lunch then called upon other members of staff to discuss and alarm clock that had just been purchased from somewhere. It was decided by the staff that this clock was not fit for purpose as the alarm was not loud enough. several member of staff said the the alarm would not wake them up in the morning. Why bother with an alarm to get you into work, you don't serve the customers. Stay in bed!!!! I eventually got served. I felt very guilty disturbing the staff. Np wonder there was no one in the store. Good luck in the future Tesco. You need it.
