Attempted to shop in here today but was ordered to leave by security because I had a latte in my hand. Apparently you're no longer allowed to walk around and shop whilst holding a drink. Absolutely ridiculous retailer decision. Left and spent my money in Reiss.
Sorry, but I had to give 1 star as there wasn't anything less. Very poor customer service, 4x we've had to go into this store to ask when my wifes refund was being credited back into her account, and on every occasion we have been told it would go in within 24 hrs , well two weeks on and still no refund, what a shower of a brand, very disappointed and angry to say the least, we have no other option but to look into an external source for advice if this cannot be resolved.
My mum and I shopped here today and had great customer service with Melanie. Big thank you for being so lovely and professional. Credit to Zara! See you soon ☺️
Nice branch. They have a vast variety of clothing to pick from. They were on 50 to 80 percent off sales when I visited and they had good items one can actually buy. Only downside is there irregularities with the sales. Some items labeled 80 percent off was charged at 50 percent off , and their explanation was that someone made mistakes with the discount stickers.
Very beautiful building from outside, beautiful heritage building. But unfortunately, from the inside, it's really a mess & dirty. Clothes on the floor. So bad and ruin the zara reputation. Don't look like a clothes shop. Mess everywhere. These outlets don't have a lot of choice either. The way they arrange the clothes looks like abundance or bundle clothes.
Worst Zara I have ever been to, experienced Zaras in mainland Europe first and they are so much nicer. I didn't realize they displayed most of their stock on the dirty floor. How are you supposed to shop in a hoarders den?
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they have 4 tills but you can only process returns on one. During the busy times you should be able to buy and return at any till.
The staff are not very friendly, especially the store manager. He is so rude, he thinks he is special. The queue was so bad. I love Zara but the staffs are terrible they need to be trained for good customer service.
Staff are rude and treat customers like dirt. Zara Nottingham has been like this for ages and nothing changes. I won’t spend money in there again. I forgot shop assistance were Milan fashion designers.
This is a review of the beautiful building where Zara in Nottingham city center is. It is a gorgeous neo classical building with lots of Art nouveau features. Absolutely stunning.It is doubtless my favourite building in Nottingham.
