Plenty of parking spaces including dedicated parent and disabled parking spaces. Easy access and shelves are always fully stocked.
Went into Perton store this morning and it was freezing cold. Other customers were also complaining how cold it was as well as staff. Feel sorry for the staff having to work a shift in such conditions. Come on sainsburys. Sort it out or loose customers.
I would like to say what great customer service I received yesterday from your colleague on Click and Collect on Wednesday 26th, I called an hour earlier than I had booked the collection slot for, I arrived just after 3.00pm the young man who bought my shopping was so lovely! He said it was no trouble and proceeded to bring my shopping out promptly! Please say thank you to me!
Only a couple of staffed tills with queues of trolley customers. Queues for both self service tills ridiculous. At one point there were five people needing assistance with the machines whilst two staff were both trying to help a customer with one machine. Bring back staffed tills!!
Security guard completely useless and bone idle. Waste of space. Sainsburys may as well save the money on his wages and have the cardboard cut out of a policeman in the window. Would make no difference. Actually the the cutout looked more presentable than the scruffy Sainsbury security guard. God help them in an emergency.
It's big, got a lot of variety and clean, the staff are really good at their jobs and the location of it is very quaint and worth a look around too.
Staff are very polite and helpful. Decor very much the same as before covid lockdown, didn't get the chance to stay for a meal but the beer was rather tasty and a good choice could be had.
The staff are what make this place great. Vegetarian range seems to get smaller every time I go in and the non alcoholic beer selections could be much better too. Fridge layout seems to change every two weeks too but Iām guessing these are HO enforced and not in house.
Busy supermarket, but pretty well stocked and very clean compared to a few other Sainsbury's. The staff are chatty and helpful and as with other Sainsburys, the usual offers. My only moan is the car park. It isn't big enough and there isn't enough disabled spaces, however, it's a great store to do your shopping and get petrol or the car washed.
