   This is a great branch. The manager was unexpectedly left to run the store on his own the day I called. Completely uncluttered he sorted me out with a great winter coat. I returned with my partner and she got a fabulous coat for herself too. Service was excellent and included manager discount both times. Go in and experience proper shopping rather than online button pressing

   Have to say the service we had from the Plymouth store was excellent, my wife bought a fleece and unfortunately lost it on the way back to the car, although it wasn't recovered the support and advice we had was above and beyond, was able to purchase again from trespass online as we wanted the same one, will certainly use the shop again.

   Incorrect size on label, meaning I was sent a smaller coat than I ordered. And their size guide is inaccurate. They deduct £3 from your return, even when it's their fault. Never buy from them online.

   Every time I have been in this shop I have found the perfect item that I've been looking for whether it be boot socks or a snood or a base layer set that was generously reduced overt £30 from original price and let me tell you I went in again today and bought one for my friend as it is so warming and comfortable. The staff are not only knowledgable but also really friendly and chatty. I've not been upstairs yet but I'm sure it won't be long before I'm back in store finding my next perfect purchase.

   Never shopped in trespass up until now. After buying my little boys school coat my wife and I both bought winter walking coats. Absolute bargains! Quality of clothing seems good, and value was a little unbelievable lol Quality of customer service varies, as with many young people nowadays some staff members are a little shy but I find that everywhere.

   Came in for a pair of hiking socks, left with the perfect pair feeling very satisfied with the service!
