   Spent over 15 minutes in the store not a single person came to help me or my son. 4 Members of staff all talking to each other at the till, looking at their phones but could not once come and help me and my son. Having worked in retail myself, was pretty shocked, would avoid this store.

   11:30am 31/03. The young female staff member has some serious attitude issues, throwing shoes about and rolling her eyes. Fair enough she doesn’t enjoy work, but no need to display it. Not exaggerating, it’s the worst attitude Ive seen yet.

   Not great got a pair of nuke air forces for my birthday and they didn't fit so went to the jd and they said they couldn't do a refund cause they were "supposedly" creased. When they weren't. And to top it all of the deputy manager as very rude to me. Not going back to this jd.

   Your staff are rude and do not represent your brand well. Don't take children into this shop as the staff are not welcoming, a very immature member of staff, that I assume was a supervisor came over and rudely shouted that my daughter wasn't allowed to bounce the ball we were about to buy and then went over to another colleague and started staring and whispering at us! Train your staff in how to be pleasant to it's customers, we went and bought from sorts direct instead as she was so rude about a situation that could have been handled in a completely different way!

   Good range of products, new lines at higher prices but also an extensive choice of last season's items at well discounted prices. They sell Ulster and Ireland Rugby kits so can't be bad.
