   Dont ever get a woosh from this place . Once again says delivered but not turned up n this is not the first time and its always the same driver in a little light blue car . N now gotta wait 3 to 5 days for refund . Cant get intouch with store they never answer phone . Will not be using tesco ever again . This is not the first time with this driver . Good riddance . On 3 occasions my delivery has been classed as delivered when its not it has had tobbacco in it but how can it be delivered when your asked to give your date of birth to the driver upon delivery . Just seems strange its the same guy every time this happens . The previous time i watched him pull up outside then waited for a few secs then just drove off and as usuall its then said my items were delivered . This needs looking into as its pretty obvious something is not right here that this always happens . But was told by tesco this will be reported when it happened last time but it cant be that much of a issue if tesco cant be bothered n just refund u cos theyre pullin in that much money with their near sell by date food . Thought asda was bad but ur lot take the biscuit . Oh and my baccy by the looks of it

   Disappointing experience overall. This Tesco Express is almost always out of stock, and the Costa coffee machine is constantly broken or missing ingredients. There’s never any sugar or sweeteners available. One time, I added syrup to my coffee because I was unfamiliar with how the meal deal worked, and instead of helping me fix it, the staff member was rude and made me pay an extra £3. Other companies like Greggs have been much more understanding and costumer friendly — this one really needs improvement.

   My partner attended here this morning to buy his lunch. He had the misfortune of coming across a member of staff called Maxine. He took his meal deal to the checkout as the energy drink needs signing off. Unfortunately Maxine forgot she worked as a checkout assistant and refused, pointing rudely at the self-service and demanding he use that. Her attitude and demeanour is probably why this Tesco has such a crud reputation. Good news is Maxine will be replaced by self-checkout completely in the near future and then she will be just as miserable but unemployed too.

   Extortionate prices. I know convience store but many of Tesco brand products no longer exist in this store which were already more expensive than the larger Tescos. All mostly expensive branded goods now. £1.55 cheapest loaf of bread! Local coop alot cheaper now. Will avoid use of this store in future.

   I’d say the prices are ridiculous. They don’t have a lot of stock and what they do have seems to be double the price it is everywhere else (Brown Sauce is £4.50 in there while it’s like £1.20 in the other shop up the road) and not to mention a lot of their stuff is going out of date on day of purchase.

   Always closed before closing time. I finish work had to pick up some things thinking they would be open as stated on opening times. Saw someonne inside just ignored me. Unhelpful staff. Not much stock. Wont ever go again.

   Most the fresh food is on or past it's best before date,way more expensive than other shops.Takes forever to get served as only ever 1 till open.Could do with a good clean,mouldy fruit and veg under other fruit and veg.Seen multiple cars get broke into on car park.STEER WELL CLEAR,loads of other cleaner shops with fresher,cheaper products near by.
