   Worst service if their network is not working it's not my problem or mistake I am providing you id and parcel collection no. I should get my parcel and they are saying come back again they think everyone is free like them choose other dhl drop off avoid them

   As others have said, very rude when it comes to doing anything with the parcel service. Unwilling to accept your UPS parcel if they don't have room I their small shop. Why sign up to the UPS service if you don't want to honor the service. I normally out of courtesy make sure I make a purchase at any store when dropping off a parcel. I love the idea of supporting local family businesses but some places really try and make it hard to do. Will avoid this store in the future at any cost.

   Our favourite local shop, they have everything in stock and if they don't they will always order in for you the family are lovely and pleasant always make you feel welcome. Keep it up Paul and family.

   Not exactly helpful. Tried to drop a parcel off (Sunday) as its a UPS collection point ready for it to be collected in the week, and was told 'no drop offs until Tuesday'. OK if that's their next collection time that's fine, but can I leave the parcel so I dont have to make another trip. 'No drop offs till Tuesday'... Great service.

   AVOID! The owners are incredibly rude! I attempted to return my amazon parcels, the female owner instantly gave me attitude and said they never process Amazon orders with a certain barcode. I tried to tell her I had previously returned a couple of Amazon parcels some weeks earlier at her shop but she point blank refused to accept it. She called me a lair, her husband then joined and and told me to get out of the shop. He then pretended to call the police and both owners raised their voices and were unbelievably rude towards me. Never stepping foot in there again.

   Paul is ok but his wife has no manners i bought a pack of sweets and paid with a five pound note; due to the fact i was waiting at the bustop outside the shop i asked for specific change so i could pay the bus driver the exact fair and not more. Pauls wife then told me to never to do that again. I found that extremely rude as i didnt walk in and ask for change, i actually bought something and paid with a five pound note not a fifty pound note. I notice the shop next door is much more friendlier even though i have been going to pauls since a young boy. The End
