Very bad customer service, requested a strength and was given 10 higher only realising on the night time also no flavour to it, went back next day and was refused an exchange and staff argued that I said different strength that I asked for, very very rude no apologies for poor liquid. I will not be going back here ignored all the bad comments about this place and still gave them custom however being cocky to customers has completely put me off.
So I've got 4 organic eliquids from the purest vapours, popcorn, menthol Virginia, Parma violet, and cherry coke. They are all disgusting, so much so that I can't use them. The scents are unrecognizable, the menthol smells like it would kill me if I vaped it.
From my experience, I would not recommend using this company. As I was fairly new to the whole e-cigerette experience, I asked for some advise from Purest Vapours about which e-liquid was best to use and they had advised on one which was 80% VG/20% PG, so I went ahead trusting their experience and knowledge. I then unfortunately developed a reaction from it and did not feel very well so I called the company asking if they would mind replacing the vapour liquid which I was happy to return. They absolutely refused and had no compassion towards the situation whatsoever. In the end I decided to pay for a replacement which got lost in the post, I again called the company to ask where my item was after waiting 7 days or more and they advised me to contact Royal Mail because it ‘wasn’t their problem and did I expect them themselves to drive the parcel over to my address’. Absolutely disgusting customer services. I will never deal with this company again. I also had to fight get a refund for the parcel which mysteriously vanished.
Prices are fine, good customer service, but at least 8 out of 10 replacement coils I get from there either lose functionality after a day and a half or they already have a burn taste. Juices arent the best either. I'm an average vaper and I know what I am talking about having vaped for just under 2 years.
