It is a great place to buy vape products and for helpful advice. If you're just starting out on your vapeing journey, these guys will help you out. I've been using them for the past two years. Always very helpful and the products reasonably priced.

Very welcoming place, it's warm and inviting. They stock a wide variety of great products. We were served by a very helpful, knowledgeable young lady by the name of Charlotte. She knew exactly what we needed, took time to explain how to use the new devices. She made us feel like very valued customers, like part of the Ace of Vapez family. Overall a 10/10 experience and we shall be visiting again in the near future. They are also dog friendly what more could you ask for.

I've spent a lot of money in this shop over the years and most of the staff are really helpful but one in particular is always rude to me and actually got to the point today that I walked out and won't come back. I wanted 2 vapes plus juice and said I wanted more of an old school pen type vape like you used to get in the petrol stations with a smaller mouth piece. Rather than saying this is probably the closest we do his response was you need to go to a petrol station then. Ace of vapes need to sort this out it is costing you customers. We have bought numerous vapes over the years and always had the support but this person makes a point of saying he needs to start locking up as soon as you walk in even though it's 20 minutes until closing.

Trying to stop smoking. Spoke to Dan in the Codsall shop. Incredibly knowledgeable. Didn't try to sell me everything under the sun. I bought a £30 vape and some nic salts. Finally feel like I can knock the smoking on the head. Thanks Dan!
