   Attending the Grinch Christmas party today. It was so great for the kids. Little one helped chase the grinch around the soft play. The staff are great,kind and very friendly. Been many times here and it wont be our last.

   Great soft play, relatively clean and good pricing. After school deal is good too. Unfortunately I’ve attended a few times to find out its closed/ private party but i don’t have facebook to check their updates on opening time for that week. Would recommend to check fb before you go. It would be good if this information was on the website for people like me without fb. Great place non the less

   We had our 3 year old daughter’s party here this morning and we were absolutely delighted with everything! We had the Gold package where the facilities were closed to the public and also hired their ‘Bluey’ mascot for only £35(Amazing and worth every penny!) The staff were so friendly and really went out of their way to make my daughter feel special, the structure of the party was well planned, the food was lovely and fresh and well enjoyed by all and the facilities in the soft play were unmatched with any other we have been to before. The Bluey mascot was also great and authentic to the character and even did dancing, party games and pictures with all of the children. The facilities were all clean and there is ample parking available too. The staff also presented the cake with Bluey and cut it up for us to hand out while we were there. I felt they went above and beyond and it really was worth every penny! Highly recommend, thank you so much to you all for making my daughters party so special x x x

   Plenty to do here, didn’t even know it was here. Amazing place and we’ll be back again for sure. They serve food, staff are welcoming and friendly, everything is well maintained and well spaced out which is great for any little ones that get a little overwhelmed. We went around 11am and it was pretty quiet x

   Been today to a Birthday party with our 5 and 7 year olds. What an absolute pleasure by comparison to the previous owners! Clean, tidy, good food, drinks a plenty. Toilets spotless... Kids well entertained and such a difference to past experiences here. Totally changed our opinion on the place and we shall be back for more soon! Well done to the new owners - A message to the new owners is "This is how you do it -right!!".......

   We heard the manageress make what sounded like unfavourable comments about ethnic minorities, she was unsympathetic to a child with special needs, the food was sparse- this was for a birthday party. They even charge for tap water. The entrance needs remodelling as it’s narrow. This used to be a good place but has deteriorated

   I’m aware this has recently been taking over and is now under new management! I’ve been prior new managers and after and the change is fab! Such a great place for little ones to burn off energy! Loads to do, clean and staff are polite. Food and drinks available. My 3 year old loves it! Definitely recommend

   Do not visit! Don’t waste your money and time! I took my son here who is 1 years old, before entering we spent £7 on snacks, during the session my son had a drink from his own sippy cup, the lady came up and said my 1 year old couldn’t drink his own drink and I had to buy him 1! My son will only drink from a cup with a straw and use his own cup! This is a disgrace in my opinion! I don’t even understand the part about no food either, they don’t offer any healthy snacks or anything to accommodate for children with gluten tolerance, the place smells like fried oil, I will never visit again and I will be telling everyone I know not to visit! There are much nicer places for the same price! It proves because when we arrived it was empty she said we might close early because no one was there! I wonder why!!!!!
