We found the place and the facilities great. The food really let the place down we got a burger and a couple of portions of chips The burger was awful. Had one bite out of it and left it. The chips were to be honest very tasty. The servers were very polite and seem happy to.be working there. It just a shame about the food.

We absolutely love it here. Our one year old loves the u3s section and loves going down the big slide with myself and her Mom. Never had any sort of issue here personally. It’s so cheap as well in comparison to other soft plays that don’t offer as much, particularly for younger kids. We will be coming as often as we can!

To put it bluntly; this place needs to be closed down and the mould problem needs to be resolved before they are allowed to reopen. As soon as you step through the door, the musty smell hits you straight away, and you can see the black mould covering most of the walls. This is a serious health risk to any adult and child that comes through the door. It is a shame because the soft play area is good for kids. The pictures I have attached only show a small part of it bythe baby changing room.

I think it's the best soft play in the area. Staff are generally a bit more relaxed than other places (I could not bring a water bottle in to other local ones or food for my fussy toddler). The menu is reminiscent of the 1980's BUT all perfectly edible. The equipment is tired but safe. There is plenty for kids (18 months to 10 yrs) to do. Overall pretty good.

I went here ages ago way before corona, this play barn is amazing, the ball pit is it's own area, and it's not your average ball pit, it has a really cool machine that vacuums up the balls before dropping them onto your head when the timer controlling the vacuum fan stops, really cool machine that more soft play areas need. Amazing, really clean play barn. Highly recommended that you visit this play barn, your kids will enjoy the ball vacuum.

Attended a child's birthday party on an evening Great 1st time visit. Just a tiny suggestion (not criticism) as the front door is a safety door and can only be opened by staff it would it would be great if a member of staff was nearby to let people out near closing time. I had to wait with 2 grumpy kids for approx 19 mins to be let out!!!

Pay for what you get. Went here during school hours and it was dead cheap but there wasn’t a lot to do for small babies. Better for the toddlers and older children. The sensory room was good but it did smell like sweaty feet! Not a massive selection of food either

Good play to play obviously, quite large with plenty of seating. Good in winter but summer time with no air con. Jesus. Even now it's 22 degrees outside and as soon as you come in its musty, wet sock stinky and you feel like you're indoors in a sauna. There's just no air- as there are no windows open - be case this place doesn't have windows. And obviously the doors are closed for security. You guys really need to invest in air con. It's a must in a place like this if you want people to come back
