   I visited oak tree farm for the first time today and I won't be coming again or reccomending it to anyone else. most of the water looks like it hasn't been changed in a while or topped up, i noticed some of the animals are underweight and the chicken pens had way too many in for how big the enclosures were there is no additional food in there enclosures only what visitors feed them so they was fighting. There are 2 parrots that had no enrichment what so ever no perches just 1 toy. It's very run down and they clearly have no knowledge how to take care of the animals or what enrichment is, I could go on and on.

   Used to be free with the optional £3 bucket of food. Which was nice to visit occasionally as a cheap, no thrills, trip out the house. It is now £5 an adult £2.50 for a child plus the optional £3 food bucket. Nothing has changed to justify the hike in admission price - I understand the increase in expenses of the farm but if your going to charge such admission the least you could do is tidy it up. The farm itself is a bit of a state - piles of manure, several derelict vehicles around, hazardous building equipment and materials lying around. 80% chickens, a couple of cows, pigs, donkeys goats and wallaby’s. Oh and if you’re lucky you’ll see the rats too.

   My 18 month and 2 and a half year old loved it. It's small enough for them to walk round and big enough for a couple of hours seeing and feeding animals. Incredibly reasonable pricing, £5 for adults and under 2's are free, a good size bucket of feed is £3. Plenty of parking. Decent range of animals and the planes from the airport are a bit of a novelty also.

   It was my first time here today and we will be back. It’s £1 per person (over 2 years old) and £3 for a bucket of food which lasted us all the way round and half way back again. There are lots of different animals to see and loads of chickens! My toddler loved it! Highly recommend.

   Cracking little find.. £3 buys you bucket of food for lovely well kept farm animals. Take packed lunch as there's no food or drink facilities.

   Wow, what a lovely little farm! Plenty of animals to see and feed. Also lots of toddler slides etc for the little ones. Our boys aged 4 and 1 absolutely loved it here, we will definitely be regular visitors. No entry fee, £3 for a bucket of animal feed and they take donations.
