   I recently visited Tenpin and had a deeply disappointing experience with the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were met with rudeness and an unwelcoming attitude. Instead of offering basic customer service, several staff members spoke to us harshly and even raised their voices at us, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was the feeling that we were being treated differently. As a person of colour, I couldn’t help but question whether this played a role in the way we were spoken to. Regardless of the reason, no customer should ever be made to feel singled out or disrespected. A place that’s meant to be fun and friendly ended up feeling hostile, and it really ruined what should have been an enjoyable outing. I hope Tenpin takes this seriously and improves their staff training, because no one deserves to be treated this

   We visited last week for an escape room , Storm was our host and made the whole experience magical for us , from start to finish storm made sure we had the best time and was there for us through every step of the way! We had a male in our group who was unsure weather or not he wanted to participate as he was scared and after assurance from storm he joined the team and we escaped in 36 mins! Thankyou so much storm for the lovely experience we will be returning for sure if you're our host again! X

   The place itself is good but not the food and drink also cleanliness. Wehave ordered some cocktails to our bowling lane which we got already full of empty glasses bottles and sticky shelf which ai cleaned for myself and also despite they brought us the drink never removed the empty glasses until we left. Also the cocktail was just ice and water no tqste at all. Pina colada never seen any cream.... Unfortunately I only took a picture of the ice amount. We still had fun but this was a bad experience which upset us a bit.

   My daughter and I had a wonderful time at Tenpin Walsall this week. After bowling, she also played on some of the games. The place was clean and easy to move around. Staff were so kind and helpful. This makes ALL the difference to any event. They did whatever they could to assist and make sure our time was enjoyable. We will definitely visit again. Thank you.

   We were in the town so decided to pop in and see what it was like. There's something for everyone in here. Food, drink, pool, ten pin bowling of course, arcade games, air hockey and just all round fun to be had. Staff were a little short with their replies at times, but I guess they are rushed off their feet for the most part. When it comes to food, I'd pop out to eat as its bland and just freezer food heated and slapped on a plate to consume. Yet considering we didn't book and just popped in, they had a lane for us within the hour. So we played some games and then played bowling and fun was had by all. Enjoy.

   Wow. Walsall has a new, modern 20 lane bowling and games place. Good deals on "bowling and meal deals" Pool tables, arcade games, Lasertag and karaoke booths. All prices seem reasonable except for the Karaoke which needs to be cut in half. £20 for 20 minutes?? C'mon guys, that's far too steep for Walsall. But anyway. Great place to hang out for family, friends, or teenagers. Much needed.

   Great fun. Cheap prices on Tuesdays. Very busy but great family fun. Food is decent but certain meals on the menu are ridiculous expensive £7-£9 for burger and chips. Kids loved it so will visit again for sure
