Absolutely gorgeous venue. I have attended on two separate occasions this year for work events. Both times the staff could not do enough for us, all very polite and helpful. The food was piping hot and a mix of Indian and English. I imagine that this is the perfect Indian Wedding venue. I would highly recommend.
Absolutely top draw. From the initial enquiry to the best night of celebration. The staff went above and beyond at all levels. Jasmine in particular was a super star. Nothing was a problem, in person, email or telephone calls, sometimes even into the early evening, she responded to every contact in a totally respectful and courteous manner. Even the layout teams, all tables positioned and dressed accurately to the plan. During the evening a lot of my guests openly mistook Jasmine as a guest, asking where I knew her from, professional engagement. Not one guest had a negative comment, everybody stated, what a beautiful venue. I dare say they'll be future bookings from my guests. My milestone memory of retirement and 65th would not have been this special without The Willows Banqueting team. Thanks a million. Ps. I would actually come out of retirement to work there. LOL.
We recently had our wedding party at The Willows in Willenhall and I honestly cannot put into words how amazing the whole experience was. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The venue itself is stunning, the service was faultless, and the food was absolutely unbelievable – our guests are still talking about it! The whole atmosphere was incredible and so many people commented on how beautiful everything looked. The staff made us feel so well looked after and nothing was ever too much trouble. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion, and I genuinely cannot wait to celebrate another event here in the future. Thank you to everyone at The Willows for making our day so unforgettable!
We had our wedding at The Willows this August and the service we received from start to finish was great. Communication from the venue in terms of planning meetings and everything that needed to take place before the wedding was organised. The venue itself is lovely, we had our ceremony and reception here and we got ready in the bridal and groom suites at the venue which was very convenient. The decor of the venue was beautifully done and it was lovely to see all the planning come together on the day. Our guests really enjoyed all the food served and the staff serving the food and drinks on the day were very polite and efficient. Thank you Jasmine, Jaycee and all the staff at The Willows for making our wedding day so special.
I booked The Willows for my wedding in October this year and I cannot fault the venue or the team. Everything was absolutely perfect, they took care of everything from start to finish, we had meetings with various team members and each one made us feel so at ease and comfortable. They really could not do enough for us, a huge thank you to Jacey and Emma in particular, they sourced things we didn’t even know we wanted and made the whole event perfect! The venue took care of the decor, food and Serena the event manager on the day was simply amazing. I cannot recommend this venue enough and I would do it all over again!
Attended a wedding reception here. The venue was beautiful. Seating arrangements and decor was great and well thought out. A large spacious venue. Freshly prepared and tasty Indian Cuisine and the staff were professional, polite, friendly and accommodating. The bar was well stocked with a great team keeping us all topped up in a timely manner. Great venue for numerous events, highly recommended. Thank you.
Lovely venue, would definitely use again. Parking was good with priority parking but for others it can be a little difficult with free parking across the way. Mens toilet could do with better signage.
We delivered a wedding cake to this venue. The staff were very friendly understanding and helpful when we turned up late due to there being an accident on tne motorway because of the weather which was out of our control
