   Website shows items available (in store). So I drive to Doagh to have a look and hopefully buy the fridge I very much need. No signage anywhere and when I phone, I'm told it's online orders only. Absolutely useless.

   Needed a new washing machine as my old one suddenly stopped. Called these guys having been on the website. Ordered and it was delivered within 2 hours to Carrickfergus. Other suppliers like Curry’s and Argos couldn’t deliver for weeks. I’ll definitely be back should I need to replace anything else. Thanks for your great service!!

   I called today 9/10/23 at3 45pm because your website advertised in store viewing only to find the premises locked.After ringing one of two bells a roller shutter opened,i asked could i view a cooker i would like to purchase only to be told i would have to order online .Why have a sign outside that said Showroom when there is none. we had to go elsewhere to buy.

   I was unable to register on their site to make a purchase. I phoned to order a tumble drier which they claimed was in stock. I was then advised it wasn't, however when I checked later, it was still being advised but at an increased price. The salesman was abrupt and less than helpful. I happily gave slightly more to a company I feel is more reputable and trustworthy

   Ordered for delivery to Uk. Chased to find estimate of arrival. Told we don’t deliver to uk mainland but not until I chased was my card refunded. Poor show really. This should have been picked up sooner.

   Old Bosch oven went bang and these guys helped answer my questions on a new one super quick and then delivered and installed it the very next day. Even took away the old oven for recycling. Fantastic service and highly recommend them!
