    I love argos i really do,just wish there was a direct number to speak to a member of staff about reserving an item. Really want the iphone 17 for christmas tried ordering it online but sadly the retailer isnt up and running so have to go to Belfast tomorrow to see if they are in stock,as went yesterday to Bangor store as it said online that they were in stock but when we arrived they werent sadly,thats why it would be good to speak to a member of staff brfore going upto argos tomorrow.

    Called In today inquire about item I was looking no staff about on the floor to help me ,, went to info desk to inquire for what I was looking the woman at the desk hadn't clue what I was talking about lol she didn't seem very knowledgeable either instead I had to explain but I was looking for i could only order online and pick up in store what's the point in having a store if customers can't choose what they see in store ?? Should have been staff on floor to help customers aswell as i was struggling

She resolved my problem within 10 minutes and even helped guide us on what we should exchange it for. So these 5 stars are not for argos, they're for you Connlaith!     I am was in today buying a shopping trolley and the young blonde girl who served me was very helpful she even helped me put it together and took the wrapping rubbish away for me. Her service was absolutely brilliant.

    Bought a casio watch. Got home and discovered it was running and the date showing was todays. They've obviously given me an ex display watch and charged full price. No idea how much battery power has been used already. Shouldn't sell ex display as new.

    Payment failed twice, no communication on that even though the money left my account, Argos has not confirmed that the payment failed. Am I supposed to just wait in anxiety? Secondly, I applied for BNPL while making a purchase, and once again NO CONFIRMATION from Argos on application being successful and card being on the way. NOTHING AT ALL. THEY ONLY SEND A MILLION discount e.ails but customer service socks. I'm at an argos collection center for 30 mins and a staff member says he cannot login to his own account to register my complaints

    Has mostly all you would need at a browse on a tablet or the hood old fashioned way....argos magazine or leaflet...... Good shops, browse the tablet at your leisure, no stress no pushy sales people, all household items, computers, textiles, games, toys, bedroom furniture, they have a brilliant selection for most people, great shop in my opinion.

    I was trying to buy a laminator. Spoke the worker, and he was very polite, gave it to me straight, there was a problem with deliveries and he didn't know when they'd get more. Fair enough, at least he wasn't lying though his teeth. Store was clean and machines were wiped down after every use. I'll be back, only because of his no nonsense approach.
