   The Stove Yard go above and beyond. Even though I only bought stove parts, the level of help was spot on. Every question I asked was answered clearly and properly, with genuine effort to make sure I was getting the right parts, not just whatever was easiest to sell. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. No pressure, no bullshit, just good service from people who actually know their stuff. Definitely the place to go for stove parts and anything stove-related.

   The stove arrived and was fitted by Andy. The stove looks great but there has been a few hiccups along the way. Firstly, the wrong tiles were fitted and thankfully we got those sorted fairly quickly. We have been waiting on our trim arriving now for a few weeks. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a phone call from Stove Yard to let us know that there was a delay or to update us (which would have been appreciated considering we have paid a substantial amount of money for our stove). I only found out about the delay because I rang to see what the hold up was. All in all, the products are great but things do take a good bit longer than originally stated.

   The stove yard is excellent, their customer service is amazing and overall experience has been fantastic. From viewing in the show room which they have a lovely selection, to then it being installed in my home, we are delighted to have to have the stove yard provide their service, through and through.

   ​I received exceptional service from the very pleasant staff here. The fire bricks and glass on my home stove were in poor condition. They were able to cut a new set of fire bricks and a replacement sheet of glass to the stove's exact dimensions. The entire process was completely hassle-free, and the price was more competitive than any I was quoted online. My stove now looks as good as new. Highly recommended!

   Fantastic experience with The Stove Yard - Pete was extremely helpful in the showroom as were Alan and Ian. The new stove lights easily, heats the room very quickly, and doesn't need many logs. Jamie did a stellar installation with the minimum of fuss - see the before and after photos. I will have no hesitation returning here should I ever need another stove and cannot recommend them highly enough !

   On the 26th December I bought a part from the stove yard stated on the web site in stock. I knew that there my be a delay due to Christmas and New year which i was willing to accept but it now 16th January still no item, sent two email no replies or acknowledgement i am a patient person who runs a business and find the customer service very questionable and to be honest am now wondering if this is a fake site and a scam

   Thank you for the fire bricks and baffle plates I ordered from your website. I would just like to give you a heads up that Parcel Force may not be the right partners for your delivery provider. It took them 4 days to get my package from Newtownards to Fermanagh, when it was supposed to be 24hours! Their tracking and customer service is an absolute joke!

   Initially delighted with our Wiking fire purchased in October 2021 however quickly became apparent it was broken (air flow does work properly and never did) Numerous attempts to phone, messages and emails left. Not one answer from anyone and zero interest in responding it would appear. More than happy to contact me and email when agreeing the sale which cost us £2500 yet as soon as it was installed there is radio silence. I would not recommend at all! I will not be back and I still have a broken fire that doesn’t work properly!

   Was initially really impressed with the Stove Yard after visiting their showroom. Staff were helpful and we left feeling optimistic. We had to chase up a few times to get our initial site survey conducted but Barry finally came out to assess everything. He told us he would be back with ladders and we never heard from him again. We tried phoning, leaving messages etc but to no avail. Had heard good things about Brian (another contractor) so tried him but nothing. Spoke with Ian in the Stove Yard who assured us a contractor would get in touch as he was chasing it up but after 5 weeks, no calls were ever returned. In summary, TSY have some great stoves and offer good value for money with their own range, but even if you have the money sitting waiting for them they don't seem to want the business. I think the main issue here is the installers are contractors and so communication is somewhat lacking between the two. Purchasing a stove elsewhere who will likely have it fitted before we ever get a response from The Stove Yard - a disappointing result after what started as a pleasant and somewhat exciting experience choosing our first stove.
