They are selling used-returned products as new, wasting your time. Avoid for electronics, household items and other non electronic products are fine.

They wouldn't stand over a faulty PlayStation. 2 months old, purchased from the shop but they told me I had to contact the manufacturer. They are supposed to do all that on your behalf. My contract is with argos not Sony. They done the same thing with a mobile phone my partner had purchased. I will be doing a charge back from my credit card. If everyone does that they will soon change their tune.

Absolutely disappointed to have ordered a TV on 9th December, paid for delivery on 13th December, the status today 16th December shows it will be delivered on 13th December. Was able to speak to a customer service staff after loads of questions and checks and requested for refund which she agreed, but at the end of the day I haven't received any texts or mail for confirmation but luckily the status on the Argos website shows it will be delivered on 13th before 9pm.

Paid for goods through click and collect. Arrived to be told that they were closed and there was nothing they could do as the machines were off. Very unhelpful. Machines all turned off before time advertised on their google page. Waste of time.

Was in Argos inside Sainsburys West Belfast today for 3 separate transactions & returns. Great team working together to deliver excellent service. All of them looked younger than 25 - a great display of professional service from younger people who are often criticised and yet are the backbone of the country’s service industries. I want to particularly mention the assistant Joe who dealt with me for each of the transactions. Fantastic service and product knowledge and new exactly what he was doing. He’s an asset to your business.

Terrible setup from Argos. Expected to wait in a line for a reserved item. Which is fine. But the line is also shared with everyone else going into sainsbury. On a Friday this would be no less than 50+ long. Oh and after 1 day I still have not received anything to tell me if the item is ready. Was quoted same day.

Whilst I understand what a challenging and stressful time this is for your staff ( being an essential worker myself) , I am very unhappy with the service given in store today. The staff were unwilling to give me the items I have paid for after a long wait in the queue because I didn't have my Argos card with me, despite me showing them my passport and even showing the card information from the App I have on my phone. The text message I received from Argos did not state I would need to bring it and neither did the signs that are on show while you wait in the queue. Given the pandemic I would have expected the staff members to be flexible with this process and not force me to make a extra trip, but the attitude of the staff members was the real problem. I was told by a senior member of the team that I could complain to customer services on the phone "but it wouldn't change anything". I can only describe their tone and body language as passive aggressive & when I returned to the store within the hour I saw the same staff members smirking at each other when they saw me in the queue again. Really poor
