   Staff in this Lisburn store are rude, obnoxious and quite frankly disrespectful! Items are never in stock even AFTER you’ve purchased them!!! I will never shop here again. They are pathetic

   This Argos store is now within Sainsburys. If at all possible, avoid using Argos now. It is not what it used to be. It takes absolutely ages to get stuff. If you have multiple orders to collect the staff have the bizarre approach of taking one serial number, processing it and then going out the back to retrieve it before asking for the next code. The whole process is convoluted and tedious. As you can tell by the queue. The guy who served us today was quick but that is NOT the norm. You have been warned.

   Absolutely terrible customer service in this store. Despite only one other customer in the store, i was kept waiting for several minutes before being served. The manager was in the storeroom and definitely saw me waiting. Eventually came out and told me i would have to wait as i was returning the item. When i asked her if could help me she said she was only dealing with collections. I' d have thought a manager could have done both. As i opened the item to try it at home, the return was refused with them sarcastically saying i should have done my research before buying. When i explained my reasons for trying to return, i was told i was only interested in an argument, which i wasn't. Bottom line, Argos and Sainsburys have lost a customer. Take my advice, and avoid this place. They have gone downhill and don't care about their customers anymore. Absolutely Terrible.

   Click and Collect is just pre-pay. The item is NEVER ready. Recently waited over an hour on 1 item and I didn’t even get it as they said it was lost. Extremely poor service.

   Nice to see a stand-alone Argos although I see why they have mostly switched to sainsburys in store now as this was a fairly big store that was extremely empty. Came in to collect a coffee machine we had ordered online and was served and had our order within 10 minutes of arriving. Photo to add a smile to someone’s day
