Had to wait one and a half hour for our appointment, was not told that they were running late and when I asked about it I was told to wait 5 more minutes when it was actually an hour. No apologies was given. Was told we did not need to bring any documentation to the appointment as it was only an initial one, although when we got there we were told we should have brought them. After waiting for such a long time with a very unsettled baby, our appointment was very quick and was basically a waste of time and money for us.
I just spoke to the lady over the phone regarding the visitor visa for my mother , advice she have me over the phone great , no greediness ,genuine advise without any charges , felt that humanity still there. Otherwise you ring the solicitor and they will charge you a lot still no useful advise . Definitely recommend them
