They were very friendly and entertained all of my questions and concerns with understanding and kindness. Customer service from this store in general has been great and it keeps bringing me back as a customer!

   I bought a pair of Hokas from the skipton store that were too small. Ben measured my feet in various ways and gave me different sizes of Hoka to try to ensure we exchanged for the correct size. I couldn’t fault his service, 5/5 stars, he’s a credit to the team.

   Had such a great experience with Hana in the Plymouth branch today. My husband and I were looking for running shoe recommendations. She did a gait analysis for us both, and brought out loads of different shoes and was really knowledgeable and nothing was too much effort for her. We will absolutely be back for sure!

   I had a wonderful experience on Friday 27th September. I popped in to the Plymouth branch and was impressed by firstly being acknowledged by the young man downstairs. I was after a pair of climbing shoes for my son, I don't have any knowledge of the sport so I needed assistance. Ollie was kind, professional and patient with my son. He gave good advice and was so lovely to deal with. We came away with a pair of climbing shoes and a few other bits and bobs! The experience was so good I'll definitely recommend the store to friends and family.

   I visited the Plymouth store today after receiving very little help in another high street store. In contrast, Ethan couldn't have been more helpful. He listened to my requirements and having thoroughly measured my feet, provided me with several options to try. He even went online to see if he could find a different type to order in for me to try. Whilst I was unable to purchase my shoes from this store today, I will choose them first next time, as the level of service was superb. Thank you again, Ethan.

   Store offers a range of outdoor clothing from different brands, but prices are expensive for the majority of products, even sale items. Good place to find outdoor clothing, but don't expect a deal.

   Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who put up with my dithering and indecision over choosing a new waterproof coat despite it being near closing time on a Sunday afternoon. I didn't feel rushed and in fact the shop had closed by the time I had paid. Really great retail experience which is so rare these days.

   Visited Cotswold Outdoor shop in Plymouth city centre this morning to buy some new walking boots and trousers. Great shop, lots of good quality items with very friendly and knowledgeable staff, apologies to the guy who helped me for not noticing your name. He listened to my requirements, he was then very thorough, informative and patient while I tried several pairs of boots on a couple of times to make sure I got the right fit for me. It didn’t feel like a shopping trip, it was so relaxed which made a nice change as sales personnel can be quite pushy and uninterested at times, but not here, he was very good. Can’t recommend the shop enough, I will definitely be back.

   Fantastic well priced outdoor clothing and accessories. They have a lift if you have a buggy or wheelchair to all floors All the staff are really happy.
