   A cafe tucked at the top of the hill with beautiful views of the County Park. Service was amazing, despite it being a busy weekend. Just wish there were more food options. But aside from that, lovely spot!

   We come here multiple times a week, usually to grab a coffee after we've been for a long walk. It's a nice place, always very clean, lots of seating. I think the customer service could be better, staff always seem very stressy and not particularly friendly. I wouldn't say they're unfriendly, but with the two areas to serve, the outside hatch and the indoor till, they often seem understaffed.

   It is a nice cafe with convenient parking and a great view of the country park. The food was tasty, however, when it arrived it was only hot on the outside and remained cold on the inside which was disappointing. The quality of the food wasn’t the greatest however, I had a good iced latte and it was still a nice cafe nonetheless.

   My two girls aged 9 and 5 have been for breakfast with Santa this morning. It was a really lovely atmosphere and separated from the cafe. They all sat down with a breakfast cob and drink and then got to meet Santa who really took his time with them and read through their letter, fully engaging with them. The ‘elf’ helpers were so lovely and polite and helpful. We’ve had a lovely morning.

   The staff were as you would say " bored out of there brains" and the customer service skills were non existent. Ordered 3 drinks with about 5 people behind me. About 3 kiosk orders were done and given out and all of the queue behind me was sorted by the time our drinks were ready. No system was put in place for what order the orders were done in and it was super quiet so no excuse for such a long wait. The staff were in no rush to serve people or even complete the orders.drinks were fine but it's the customer service that would put me off

   Excellent service from Charles. We wanted breakfast but had missed the breakfast time slot. Been to a few cafes but no one would serve breakfast. Charles was able to accommodate and prepare some lovely hot breakfast for us.

   Absolutely brilliant cafe, staff, food and drinks first class. Even when very short staffed so polite and friendly. I go every morning. Tanya,Charles and Hayley are a brilliant team. Highly recommend a visit.

   I visited on Friday when it was extremely busy and there was a new starter in the team. It was clearly a stressful environment for him as there was no time to teach him because it was so busy, however he had a smile on his face and got stuck in. His manager was very patient and she delegated jobs amongst the team to keep things running as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Yes we had to wait a little longer than normal, but we were all new in our jobs once and kindness costs nothing. I’ve been to this cafe many times and have never experienced rudeness from the staff (mentioned in another review), even when they are busy.

   Lovely views but shame about the customer service (or lack of it). Went to get a coffee after a walk, firstly no decaf coffee available for my mum who can’t have caffeine. Secondly my coffee was so hot the coffee was ruined, milk tasted burnt and when I politely asked for a dash of cold milk and mentioned it was so hot it burnt my mouth, the rude young female member of staff said sarcastically as I walked away “or you could just wait for it to cool down”. Not the point, good coffee is ruined if it’s this hot. Next time I’ll take my flask and save money and not have the backchat. It’s a shame as the male member of staff was very polite.
