Apart from great service with the food and making sure all is to your satisfaction, Kosta the manager went above and beyond his customer service when I left my phone in the customer toilets. I did go back when I noticed it had gone but they were locking up and the lady said she couldn’t find it and needed to go . So later I rang my number and Kosta answered it and went out of his way to meet me at my bus stop and hand it over. Such a gentleman .I am so. grateful. Thankyou.

Used to love this place! I was an absolute regular around 15 years ago, but even more recently, it was still a good place to find great soups, sandwiches, cakes, and quiches. As a veggie, I always had enough choice. Now, even a cheese and pickle sandwich seems exotic. The coffee shop has always been noisy, so the music is definitely not a welcome addition. Absolutely everyone is busy talking, and I'm single sided deaf with tinnitus. It's not remotely restful in here. What a shame. And £3 for 2 slices if buttered toast!! Edit: I've since read that the new manager wants to entice younger customers. What a shame when the city is awash with places that do that. I'm saddened that he doesn't see the value in continuing to provide the staples that I mentioned above that are so well enjoyed by older folks.

Visited for lunch and had a really tasty pastrami sandwich. There was a choice of bread, it was served with a little lightly dressed salad on the side, and the filling was generous. Ingredients were fresh and flavoursome. Coffee was good and the coffee and walnut cake delicious. Staff were lovely and service very good. The room was light, airy, and beautifully decorated and there were a few outside tables for warmer days. I highly recommend St Peter's Coffee Room for a refreshment break when visiting Nottingham City centre.

My first visit to this church run coffee room and I am very impressed. Very popular on the day of our visit. Food was home made and delicious.

Not just a coffee and delicious cakes to choose from but also a good choice of hot food to enjoy in this peaceful cafe . I chose the homemade ham and tomato quiche with a nice mixed salad .it was very tasty . I might try the soup or panninis amongst other things next time . Thank you to all the nice volunteer staff . lot
