The Refugee and Migrant Centre is truly the perfect place for anyone seeking support and guidance. They didnβt just help me, they gave me hope again and stood me back on my feet when I felt lost. The team is incredibly kind, dedicated, and compassionate. I will always be deeply grateful for everything they have done for me.
Waste of time. They need to be more specific about the kinds of immigration support they offer, so people donβt waste their time going there. They took down all my details and I explained my situation just to be told they canβt help me. They gave me a link to different solicitors- I couldβve done that by myself.
They help with your application s , make sure reach 8 am in the morning to get the token/appointment for same day to discuss your questions. Token/appointment distribution time is 8 am in the morning , office located in first floor in this building
Best service you can ever ask for as an immigrant. All you require is patience as they got lots of individuals to deal with but limited case workers, if you are not a patient being you have no business here. They are very helpful. Was in RMC Wolverhampton, December 2021 got a case worker in February and immediately started my visa application, in less than two months my visa fee waiver was approved, I applied for my visa and by June my visa was granted. Am so grateful to all the staffs in RMC Wolverhampton from the receptionist to the case workers even down to the health visitors in the building. The support you all showed me was out of this world and to think that I didnβt pay a penny was unreal. Am internally grateful.
They only use your information for the benefit of their own administration and after your register, they do not treat you well in subsequent appointments, they also give misleading and wrong advice to hold themselves accountable, and also rude behavior. And disrespectful
Fantastic place with great humanities
Very welcoming and supportive staff who make you feel truly valued and committed to help everyone. However I went to get some help last week on Thursday, I met a Chinese lady at the reception, she was so aggressive and her words were very angry. And she told me that the RMC on break when the time was 12:45pm. I think she needs more training to learn how should treat people with a good manner.
First experience i had with them was excellent but the second one I had today is annoying. The adviser I spoke with seems inept while trying to show off that he knows alot. At the end of the day he doesn't even have any help to offer and redirected me to Migrant help. I think he needs more training. The lady I met at first was spot on and asked other colleagues when she hasn't got much information on any question you ask..
