    Ruined my families business by damaging all there sofas and lost us all of our jobs. Do not use this lot if your a business and you value it. Destroyed 7 familes lives and will not take any responsibility whatsoever. 5 year old business ruined in just 4 months due to there inability to train there staff correctly! 5 years of delivering sofas and they caused more damage in 4.months than there competitors did for us in 4 and a half years in total. They'll sell it on cost per delivery.... Dont fall for it. The service is quite shocking.

    I ordered a parcel from IKEA to be delivered through this service. They lost my parcel and repeatedly failed to deliver it. They never once contacted me and would constantly give me a new delivery day and timeslot, only to never even have the product out for delivery. I would have to call each time to rearrange delivery. How this incompetent failure of a delivery hub continues to operate is beyond me.

    Absolutely horrible experience. I was to receive my passport from the VAC, I cancelled work cos they said the delivery time frame is the whole day and I was home. I kept tracking and suddenly I saw they had left a calling card to rearrange delivery but there was no calling card. I sent emails and called and there was no response. I am still waiting for someone to contact me and rearrange a delivery. I neeedthat document

    Ordered and paid for next day delivery as need the item. I had email saying they where delivering late afternoon early evening I stayed at work waitng around and the parcel never arrived total waste of time very poor company.

    My parcel was supposed to be delivered on a Friday. I received a text from dx saying it would be at anytime during the day. Waited in and received a text at 5pm saying it was booked for redelivery on the Monday. Then Monday came and it done the same thing. After 4/5pm I'd receive a text saying it'd be redelivered a next day. This kept happening until Friday when it surprised me to actually turn up.

    Appalling place to work, worked at the NO ID site for less than two weeks. The site was unorganised, unprofessional and dangerous, in just two weeks working there my manager had to be taken to A&E. They expect a lot of the employees, so much so that you work to the point where you’re dripping with sweat just for minimum wage. They also expect employees to work unpaid overtime and climb over loose freight and cages. It seems they are even incapable of paying you correctly as I had my hours logged incorrectly and was therefore underpaid, I was forced to chase up the issue with the agency I was working at DX on behalf of. They also made false allegations against me and said offensive things about me to their colleagues, something that you’re clearly able to hear due to how small the site is. Avoid this place.

    I'm only putting 1 star because it won't let me give none! This is the worst courier service ever, don't use them! Their website is useless- go to book a redelivery and after entering all the details they ask for all you can do is close the page - there is no way to book a redelivery. I emailed them well before their deadline of 7pm so should have had my redelivery the next day but was told I had to wait 3 days. This is totally unacceptable and if I don't receive my goods tomorrow I will be contacting the supplier to ask for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER THEY ARE COMPLETE AMATEURS (check out the photo of their business premises).

    Absolute garbage of a company. They have failed to deliver my passport on 2 occasions even though I paid extra for express delivery. My passport was supposed to arrive 12 days before my trip day. Cost me my spring vacation trip and over $2000 wasted. JUST BECAUSE THIS LOW STANDARD GARBAGE COURIER COULDN'T DELIVER MY PASSPORT TO ME. Oh and when I contacted them after being on the line for 30 minutes, he said he will refund me the extra amount I paid for the express delivery. $15? ARE U KIDDING ME? This courier has ruined my spring break and all I got from them was a SORRY. I am absolutely baffled on how a Visa center depends on this piece of garbage to deliver important things such as passports. Oh and if this does happen to you all the Visa center will do for you is file a stupid report for you and you will gain nothing out of it. How is this company allowed to even operate when the overwhelming majority rated them at 1 star?????????

    I took a day off not to miss the important document delivery. Waited whole day just to find out that the driver marked it as 'Calling card left as delivery unsuccessful.' without even coming near our block of flats. Tried to call all possible numbers (paid 0845 line by the way) and couldn't get hold of anyone to confirm the status of delivery. Finally contacted them through their Facebook page and got reply that all they can do is rebook it to be delivered before 10 a.m. next day. This is totally unacceptable! And there is no guarantee that their cheating drivers won't do the same thing again. Avoid the company which employs untrusted drivers! Even Royal Mail 1st class post is quicker and more reliable. And 10 times cheaper for the same service.
