    Terrible service during holidays, only jacked potatoes as warm meals, and the salads/sandwich section had limited choices. I asked for a sandwich, but only white sliced bread, no ciabatta or panini. They were also lacking in toppings and they don't tell you until your sandwich is half prepared with the complements. Poorly made sandwich, disappointing. On top of that the staff is kinda rude. I tried this place once before holidays and the warm meals were fine, good a tasty. Staff still were very rude.

    Used to be a really great cafe for university staff but has gone slowly downhill recently. Used to go there a lot when it was quiet and we had a mix of colleagues who had brought their own lunches. Unfortunately you're not allowed to do that now, even if you buy food, and are told to eat at the student canteen on the other side of campus instead. Service has become very slow too. Food is still good, especially their sandwich portions!

    the staff are always friendly, the breakfast sausage sandwich is a saviour, and the lunch choices are good and varied. Homemade cookies are a plus.

    Best cafe in Jubilee campus. Best breakfast. With Costa around, their coffee (Grumpy Mule) has real competition. Staff has always been the bests of the university. Compliments to chef's I've been going there for ten years now and love it every time. If there's only one thing I'd suggest them to change is their coffee brand
