radcliffe town costa i come here when i have a gap at work, came today such a quiet atmosphere and relaxing as ive had a stressful morning and i am autistic so i dont do well in very noisy places. the staff were very friendly and accommodating especially the lady serving on the till she was so lovely i didn’t catch her name but think it started with i or L i’m not sure and the guy with glasses who is cleaning tables he’s also really nice and keeping the place spotless :)

I visited this Costa with my friends a few times, and I have always received a very warm welcome, especially thanks to two excellent baristas, Carys and Iryna, who greet you with a smile, suggest the best drinks, and create a nice atmosphere. The place is clean and nicely arranged. I recommend the salted caramel coffee frappe – a very good dessert, yet not too sweet – and my favorite flat white.

In need of a customer service refresher. There was one customer at the counter when I went in who was being served by both the staff. Both of them completely ignored me as I stood there for 3-4 minutes. A third member came through from the back and went behind the counter. She walked straight past me to wash her hands and, once she'd finished, only then was I acknowledged. She was, at that point, friendly and helpful.

Not a great experience. Staff rude cos we wanted to sit in rather than takeaway but never asked me. Slamming things around while serving us. Very unprofessional

Nice atmosphere big enough for a wheelchair user. But prices for pensioners are high. Can only use as a treat to get out to see life instead of being stuck indoors 24/7.

Had a couple of coffees which were very speedily made available. Great staff and great service. Submitted 4 star only because the the food in the fridge could vary a little as it seems a little safe and predictable. Costa at Radcliffe on Trent

Fantastic team, great service. They let their personalities out and it makes it a place you want to be and feel part of. Always clean, nearly always great late art and they even manage a good oat milk Flatwhite (which is super difficult!) Parking around the side in a free car park
