   Vega Ram is clearly very good at his job as a conveyancer - knowledgeable, experienced, professional, diligent, friendly, and hardworking. Pooja Sahota is a talented legal secretary I’m sure any lawyer would be lucky to have. I’m very grateful to Vega and Pooja, who I know worked very hard, and went above and beyond to complete the sale of my auction property in less than 10 days. This would be a disingenuous review if I did not mention that in the 4-5 months leading up to completion the sale was being handled by a different solicitor within the same firm that turned out to be wanting. Fortunately, Vega and Pooja were able to compensate for this.

   Peterborough branch, absolutely appalling and terrible service received during a recent transfer of property that involved me. Never have I experienced such inappropriate, impudent, egotistical and flippant solicitors. Solicitors (namely Asad Arif and Majid Sarwar) demonstrated inappropriate behaviour, misconduct, abuse of authority, dishonesty and violation of legal principles that resulted in me being treated unfairly, caused frustration and difficulty in a transaction that was unduly convoluted and drawn out. Avoid these guys at all cost unless you want to be ripped off and have a desire for distress, constant frustration and being deceived. Their classic response to any unfavorable feedback will be ‘you are not a client of this firm!’ what jokers. An unsavory experience to say the least!

   This was the second time my partner used HS Lawyers, the first experience was a little humiliating, but they got the job done in a timely order, however the second time was a totally different experience, they have a receptionist who is extremely rude, aggressive and unprofessional, she go by the name Pooja, communication became extremely difficult as Pooja would get annoyed if we asked to many questions, on this occasion they didn't seem to be getting anywhere, so once we started querying them it became very uncomfortable as Pooja would become very confrontational, due to the fact no surveys or searches had yet been done, we decided to cut our lose and find a alternative solicitor, I decided to complain to the director of the Wolverhampton branch, and explain our experience and the reason for our untimely departure, he assured me this was a one off and he would refund our deposit as no work had actually been carried out yet, how mistaken were we, I believe Pooja is rude because her partner is a senior solicitor at the firm and she basically gets away with her shenanigans. On numerous occasions I also witnessed her being very rude to other customers who struggled speaking English fluently. The director also didn't keep his word, he promised us a full refund, which never materialise. Our mistake was trying to find a competitively price solicitor, a mistake we will mot make again. I hope this has been useful to anyone reading this review.
