I strongly recommend Kays Solicitors, I don’t usually write reviews, but I can’t thank Kays Solicitors enough and this review won’t do their fantastic work any justice. After many calls and emails when looking for a firm to represent me for my citizenship application and my partners visa application, I am glad I went with Kays Solicitors, unlike some of their competitors I never had the impression some junior coordinator would work on my file (some have generic sales people answering you which I find shocking) but an established solicitor which here was all the case, for the same asking fee! The staff have been amazing, I had the pleasure of speaking in person with two members of staff who were both very knowledgeable and professional in the way they handled my queries. They were always ready to answer my questions, worries and doubts from start to end and assisted me from each step of the process to include the whole application, including tips on referees, biometric appointment, and anything in between until the citizenship ceremony. Considering how many dodgy "immigration firms" there are out there I could have not picked a better one, I did my fair share of research. I applied via EU Settlement route which, unlike what one may think, it is more difficult than others, there is more than meets the eyes in terms of requirements that one may think by just looking at the form. As many people may know, these kinds of applications are complex to say the least, and using a dedicated firm is highly recommended. I can’t fault Kays Solicitors and have already suggested them to my friends and family (some who have already completed their spouse/visa applications with success) and nobody has had a complain to date. Considering it is once in a lifetime, and the cost of the application itself, I would suggest to use a professional and dedicated solicitor firm, and if you are reading this you have found the one!
