   I remember coming here years ago when it was warm, cosy, and full of character. Since being taken over by a larger chain, that soul has sadly gone. There are now more tables squeezed into the same space, but with the same number of staff and machines. The result is long waits, flustered service, and drinks arriving lukewarm by the time they finally reach the table. To add insult to injury, there was a small nail sticking out of our table which ripped my brother-in-law’s brand-new shirt. It’s the kind of thing that really should have been noticed during routine cleaning — but it clearly wasn’t. That lack of attention to detail says a lot. What was once boutique, relaxed, and quietly special now feels like a production-line café wearing the clothes of its former self. It’s a familiar story when scale replaces care. Not terrible — but definitely not what it used to be. And that’s the real disappointment.

   I had a really positive experience with Reece, Customer Service Manager, in sorting out an issue with a coffee machine I purchases through 200 degrees (online shop). A superb customer experience, really good communication keeping me updated which gave me a huge sense of confidence in making a purchase online from 200degrees. I would use again for sure based on my experience.

   The coffee here is great, they have a good selection of plant milk available. Vegan food options for savoury and sweet, although more options would be welcome. Staff are lovely.

   Nice place to sit and have coffee. A little "darker" than the likes of Starbucks and Costa in terms of decor, but definitely a .ore casual and relaxed environment. Flat white was tasty, and,.bonus, you take a number and then bring your drinks to the table.

   Awesome and beautifully presented hot drinks. Great flavour from the coffee and hot chocolate. Great setting in the building with a great atmosphere. Unfortunately it was a little too busy when we arrived and so it was very cramped with little space to move to get to the table. The table also had old coffee cups on it for some time and I had to remove them myself as the staff were too busy to catch up. Staff were however very friendly and always smiling

   Really friendly staff and great coffee! Interior was pretty too! Would be nice to have more comfy sofas rather than wooden chairs maybe. Loved the advertising for barista school though!

   Firstly, this place is pretty cool with that coffee shop relaxed vibe. My ciabatta was burnt on the bottom. Staff are just a little bit too relaxed, and the service suffered. No warm greeting, and I had to repeat my order three times. I was asked to sit and it would be brought over. After a 9 minute wait, the coffee was brought over and I was asked if I ordered anything else... i repeated my order and it came over shortly after. The coffee was good with a rich deep flavour. The pastries all looked bought in and not artisan which would of been a great addition to the coffee shop. Overall, it's OK better than high street brands but just not great.
