The lady making the coffee was amazing so lovely but the guy serving. Their name badge said izzac is very rude didn’t say please or thank you to a single person while I was watching and just stood all superior. Very very rude
Today Monday the 27th of October I arrived to this branch 6:25 the branch opens 6:30 inside there was a guy and a girl chatting who saw me waiting so I waited for 5mins in the cold then knocked on the door when turned 6:30 as no one seemed bothered to be told we are still not opening told them you saw me waiting for 5mins you could informed me earlier I find that very rude and unprofessional
The Air Con is blasting cold air in the winter for no reason other than keep people from staying for more than the duration of their drink. Terrible Chai Latte, virtually flavourless and the almond croissant had the texture of cardboard. Service was friendly and efficient but the tables and floors clearly aren't cleaned regularly plus the drink/food and atmosphere were all awful.
Pleasant service, coffee tastes good, apparently new machines. But it can be very crowded, as it is close to the station
Service I don't this they take seriously of there job.. ordered one espresso drink in no Spoon provided and even cup plate I had to ask for it... Mansfield Road branch...
Toby was a star this evening, recommended additional syrup & toppings. Great customer service & even better coffee
Popped in here today for a much needed cuppa with family. Convenient from the train station. The lady that served us was lovely. Happy and cheerful, service with a smile. Had a bit of a wait, but didn't mind as they were busy. Spotlessly clean inside shop but toilets need more checks for cleanliness. They obviously get used loads. No window. Could do with air fresheners and change of air. That aside, we thoroughly enjoyed our coffee and refreshments.
This is so much cleaner, tidier and much more welcoming than the establishment that was here before. Very convenient for the station for either a takeaway before you board the train or to meet someone after your journey. We sat in and enjoyed a coffee in a real porcelain mug, as opposed to mh usual dash for a takeaway mug. Table wasn't that clean but on asking the staff wiped it cleaner.
Slow service, ordered two drinks which took 20 mimutes to come and they came 10 minutes apart. This is not the first time I've been to this Starbucks and this has happened. When ordering drinks i would expect at least them to come out at the same time. Working in a restaurant, I understand the strains on staff but when there are 3 customers and takes 20 mins to get 2 coffees at the same time, it is not acceptable.
