   Food was delicious, albeit I had to wait over an hour for it after ordering it for “ASAP”. Having worked in the Catering Industry myself, I know how much of a demanding environment it is and I understand that a new business does have teething problems at the beginning. On the other hand, I think having to wait over an hour for an order is unacceptable by hospitality standards and not to mention that am item of my order was missing too. I will seek to return, as it is on my doorstep. However, things will need to significantly improve in the coming weeks otherwise people will look elsewhere.

   Usually have lovely food from here, always get the salted chilli snack box and it's yummy, filled with veg and everything... but today I was given this.... So disappointed, £8 for this!?

   Ordered via just eat. Order was late so I rang. Was told that driver left order hanging on door handle as he didn't get answer. Hadn't the wit to ring doorbell. Food was cold had to be reheated. Will not order from Oriental Chef again

   Avoid at all costs!! Have on numerous occasions completely messed up our order or left part of the order out, one occasion being tonight!! Completely forgot massive part of the order and gave us food we didn't order!! Customer Service is dismissal aswell when we rang up about this and accused us of trying to con them out of free food! Will never be near this place again! They're are far better Chinese places out there that don't make mistakes!

   My experience tonight was bad from the moment I got to the front door. A young woman standing with 3 friends swearing and vaping, she followed me in, went behind the counter and asked for my order, said I was a just eat order. I was 10 minutes early but i dont think that justifed the attitude I received, she mumbled about it and started to get the order. When she finished she set it up, didn't offer crackers just walked away from the counter to serve someone else. When I got home and me and my partner opened the 14 pound, two medium boxes id just bought, they weren't even full, id have been safer throwing my money in the bin. Iv been to this restaurant quite afew times i know what size these boxes usually are and usually i really enjoy going here. Honestly im just disappointed and dont think customer service is the right career choice for this young woman.

   Arrived 40 minutes after the estimated delivery time. Food in the tub was cold even the tub felt cold so I knew the food was. Had to heat it in microwave and it tasted lovely, spring rolls were soft and soggy tho.
