   I keep ringing the Solictor’s as I have a family matter, and nobody is returning my call.. I think it’s unprofessional. I’ve never had a problem with this company before but now it’s gone past a joke. Last time I tried aswell it took them a month before they rang. And I couldn’t process the court order due to taking so long to getting back to me. And they’re doing it again. It’s abit ridiculous

   Very disappointed, I am one of client and had done my commercial lease 2 times from them, I was surprised the sudden change of behaviour towards their clients they don't bother if some one try to contact with them for any matter they did not call back, did not give appointments and neither reply the messages or email.

   Avoid at All Costs – Unprofessional and Incompetent Service I had an extremely disappointing experience with Humaira Ali.From the start, their communication was poor, and I constantly had to chase them for updates. They showed little to no interest in my case, made multiple mistakes, and provided incorrect legal advice, which caused unnecessary delays and stress. Their lack of professionalism and attention to detail made me feel completely neglected as a client. Despite their high fees, the service was nowhere near the standard expected from a professional law firm. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for competent and reliable legal representation. Even after a couple of months, she didn't respond at all, she has kept my paperwork, she is not able to send them back to me even by email. Save yourself time, money, and frustration—look elsewhere for a solicitor who actually cares about their clients and knows what they’re doing.

   They are very unprofessional. I recommend staying away from them. These are really neglectful people who don’t answer the phone They are not present in the interviews, they are just wasting time. Please stay away, especially Humaira Ali. She is very very rude. She is very negligent and neglects the cases.
