   Bad customer service wasn’t polite she was rude when giving the food bang it down and didn’t speak she seem like she was in a bad mood. That not good customer service she was unpleasant and I’m sure she was a management if you had a bad day don’t start banging the food of plates to customers

   Plate of food literally thrown on the table. Tepid beans looked stale as as if taken from another plate. Asked the server who said they were fresh. Didn't eat them, I'm not a dog. £8.00 for a breakfast dumped in front of me. Was gone before I could say thanks. Manager Marie very unpleasant. Maybe us black people should stay out of tesco cafe.

   Poor staff comunication I went well before closing time I hv been told by staff member Ryan that he cleaned the machine so we can not get any hot drinks I was surprised bcz still had left 1.5 hour to close but after 5 minutes he served hot drinks to customer thought I would not notice, I went and asked are you serving now he said yes what would u like and I ordered some hot drink , racism on peak probably he didn’t want to make free baby chinos for my kids,my kids dragged me all the to tesco for that little treat , not going there again

   I was in Tesco express doing my weekly shop.drop off to the cafeteria for coffee and a slice of cake a little quiet but the staff are really friendly and helpful always willing to help and the prices are reasonable for a coffee and a slice of cake better value for money then Costa i would recommend when you're in Tesco express try out the cafeteria it's great value and friendly service warm staff clean and tidy nicely decorated loved it.plus the toilets are always clean and tidy.

   Coffee never very hot, staff far too slow serving & coffee far too expensive. Surprisingly coffee at the nearby Costa Coffee IS cheaper, work taht out ! Tesco coffee shop is not operated by Tesco ! I only award Tesco cafe 1/5
