Purchased a cap and wanted stitched logos added as an extra, on discussion with the staff as to where the logo were to be placed they then did what they wanted and stitched the logo part through the part of the lip of the internal headband which effected how the caps fitted dramatically, they tried to hide this from me, I then asked them to unpick the logo to which they then botched and left holes in the cap where the it could not be corrected , a refund was not adequate enough as I felt let down by there customer service and just wanted me out of there hair and would I will not use this shop again. Staff are amateur.
Went on a Sunday just as it opened, the two guys working were excellent , helped me find the correct fitting cap and shared some useful information about the caps. Will definitely be using the store again.
