Served by a really nice guy called Karl? I think his name tag said. Served with a smile and quick to adjust our order. Really clean environment and quick service. Can't go wrong with a Starbucks! Thank u, staff!
Was served by Jake today and he was bubbly and lovely, efficient and quick. My drink came out and was perfect.
Great customer service and product !!! Went there on my birthday and got myself a free drink. I was not sure what to get and the barista helped me with the process. Got a venti caramel frappucino and loved it! The drink was not too cold. Unlike other shops, the drink had very good amount of cream and caramel syrup in it. The employees were very nice and happy to attend us even though they were closing the store. And also something important to share about, I had a photo which I wanted to cut out the edges and I was asking all stores around but none helped me. The barista here was so sweet, she cut the photo and also gave me a sticker to help me stick it on my card. Never experienced such a good service and product from a brand.
Friendly staff and cosy place to shelter from rain and watch outside; pity closes sooner than the other starbucks.
No sugar asked for caramel latte but no caramel in it also all the sandwiches either got Mayo or mustard no good if you don't like either.very slow. food I ordered was dropped and didn't have the same item to replace but on the good side guy couldn't apologise enough

Expensive cup of coffee. 3 times more expensive than McDonald's but not much better.
Well i loved this location, trams -buses -cars ppl walking ...the shops walls are all glass where you can enjoy you short time drink...the theatre royal is just beside it... The place is sparkling clean, setting up is perfect (small tables, order area..etc) even if many costumers you feel its not crowded simply... The Mocha praline macchiato was perfect, the cookie was fresh and tasty... The staff was friendly, polite and active ... It was a perfect ten trail...i must visit again to re-evaluate.
