I had carpet fitted this morning from Grand Interiors. The carpet is beautiful, my living room looks so much better. The price was extremely reasonable, best price I've found anywhere in Wolverhampton and Bilston. The fitters arrived slightly early, they were very helpful, very professional and friendly. Fantastic service. Highly recommend!
PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE WITH THIS GRAND INTERIOR STORE! I had order few Items with this store , When they want to take order they show how they are smart and professional but they not at all! I had order 2 single small chair for my Kitchen but when delivered only 1 and the driver told me its comes 2 chair in one box so when I open the box it was only 1 I had long conversation for the second delivered to me with non fitting as they promised me the fitting its included! Anyway I order a big wardrobe in store as seen in store and ask them need a bigger size exactly same but when the delivered it was different shape with 2 peace damaged then when I have contact the shop they say they did not have the same shape Witch I choice and said sorry for damaged and said will sort out but still waiting for them to sort out..... I did not have another option because already paid them and only accept to wait when?????
