   Drove 1 hour 30 minutes to get to the Cotswold outlet store. WOW what a dump!!!!!!!! Terrible in every way. The quality and finish of the furniture is poor. I appreciate that the outlet mainly sells seconds, damaged stock, discontinued lines and returns but most of the items looked awful, then look at the price tag and it’s ridiculously over priced considering most of the damage is irreversible. Totally disappointed. We had intended buying some furniture on line but having seen the outlet, the quality of the items (damaged or not) we certainly won’t bother.

   If you look for beautiful furniture, look no further. This is an outlet with either returned or showroom furniture. There is great choice of affordable pieces either for kitchen, dining room, bathroom or bedroom. Also, staff are very helpful. They have delivery option, or collection.

   Broken door. No Staff. I'm assuming no resources given as closing down in the future. Spent far too long chasing anyone down to actually order..............shop rapidly on the decline. Grab yourself a bargain though! If prepared to wait. Don't expect miracles though.

   Perfect, just perfect! On the lead up to the wedding their communication was impeccable. The decor was even better than we could have hoped for, the pictures online do not do it justice. Excellent value for money, cannot recommend enough!

   I feel compelled to write a review even though I have visited this place a number of times over the last few years. Yesterday I went with a return. The manager was AMAZING!! The store is always full of items that are reduced some perfect some with a few scraps. I live around 12miles away and they will deliver to me for £35.00, which is a bargain! Everything was delivered well wrapped. The furniture is beautiful, staff are always friendly. Definitely worth a look.

   We bought a lot of our bedroom furniture here. It was about half the price of the stuff from the regular store, with only a few very minor imperfections. Customer service was fantastic, they were did everything they could to help us out and try to get us the furniture that we wanted at the best price. The van we rented ended up being too small to collect everything that we wanted (due to our own poor planning!), but the guys who helped us pack it were fantastic, they were so patient and helpful with trying different combinations of arranging the furniture to help us get it to fit. Would definitely recommend checking this place out!

   Fantastic place, the staff are really friendly and the bargains are great. I purchased the Dorchester table and chairs for less than half the cost in perfect condition. The delivery team were also great. Items arrived very well wrapped, although not great for the environment with the volume of bubble wrap. Luckily I was able to donate the wrap to a colleague who was moving house.
