Ordered a corner sofa and armchair from Sofa Sense, I contacted them via WhatsApp first to check a couple of things and got a prompt reply. After ordering I didn't get a confirmation email, so I messaged them via WhatsApp and was assured they had my order and would dispatch it by the end of the week as the armchair wasn't in stock. I checked in a couple of times and got a prompt reply. As promised my order was with the courier on the Friday and delivered on the Tuesday. The delivery guys were great and put the sofas in my front room for me. The sofas were well packaged to keep them safe during delivery, upon unwrapping the sofas were in perfect condition. I highly recommend Sofa Sense and wouldn't hesitate to order from again. Thank you for the great service and brilliant prices.

I recently bought a two-seater sofa bed from Sofa Sense and was very impressed both by the item itself and the customer service I received throughout. The gentlemen who delivered the sofa bed went to great pains to actually get the sofa bed inside my flat as there wasn’t much room to manoeuvre. They went so far as to carry the sofa bed through my next door neighbour’s garden and over a wall to get to the property. Their dedication and perseverance paid off! This is a great company and one you can clearly trust in. They are highly commendable and come highly recommended. Fabulous service.
