   Very disappointed. Made order 2 weeks ago as per initial communication "processed and shipped within 3 working days" then will receive courier instruct on delivery, here I'm after 2 weeks no any instruction on courier and phone line not answered, request for order cancellation also no feedback. Thanks for feedback, my order number 66977 I have send several mails and made several calls on this, I received the bed base without head board and I informed this at the point of delivery. But today received text claiming my delivery complete, please correct this ASAP.

   Ordered a bed before the Christmas period but the delivery company couldn't delivery it until January 2025. The bed company went above and beyond to make sure my bed was delivered before Christmas. The bed itself is of excellent quality. It came with two wooden drawers which has a lot of space. The headboard is of excellent quality and very comfy. The mattress is a soft to medium and very nice to sleep on. I highly recommend this bed company to provide you with an excellent bed of your choice.

   We have bought of this company before and the quality was amazing. Today 9.15am went to choose my bed, 3pm today bed delivered. Ahmad was very professional and advised the different options available to me. I had a King size Divan with a head board. Price was amazing and the bed is of a fantastic quality. Khan and Radda came to deliver the bed. Excellent customer service and very professional -thank you for a great service!

   We bought a bed from this company a few years ago and were so happy with our purchase that when we needed one for my son’s room we immediately rang them and did not bother to look anywhere else. The quality of the beds are excellent and far better than any you will find in the big bed companies for triple the price. I spoke to the company yesterday morning enquiring as to how quick they could get me a bed. I needed it ASAP. The lady advised me that she would make sure that it was made (they make to order) and ready for us to collect at 4pm the same day. True to her word, it was ready and waiting for us. It looks fantastic and my son said he slept really well on it. I had already recommended this company to many people after my first purchase and will continue to do so. Thank you so much

   I brought a ambassador bed which had a ottoman bed with a hybrid mattress, I have nothing bad to say! The customer service was fantastic. Delivery was made fast and delivery driver was friendly and very helpful. From the point of order to receiving the product I cannot fault beds divans! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! QUALITY IS INCREDIBLE, BED WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED !! THANK YOU

   Bed arrived as arranged. Delivery was great - both delivery buys were friendly and helpful. The actual bed & mattress look great and are a decent quality for the price. The headboard however, looked great, is padded and WAS very comfortable until the 2nd day when the wooden 'feet/supports' broke and the headboard slipped down the wall, marking it. Flimsy wood supports so not fit for purpose. Am now attaching the headboard directly to the wall. Disappointing as the actual bed & mattress are good.

   Ordered a bed, good quality, great communication, free delivery. Very happy with all options for material, headboard designs n size etc. Ordered second bed, later realised i ordered wrong material. BedsDivan replied immediately, agreeing to collect it free of charge. They were really helpful, and made it so easy for me to reorder and return, when i am certain other companies wouldnt do this or would charge. For this reason, i wont get beds from elsewhere again. Highly recommend. Thank you
