    Please do not buy from this company! Ordered a sofa from them 4 months ago, was a 6 week wait time however I had to move my delivery due to the room not being ready. I had a text to say my delivery will be today, but I got a text this morning to say part of my order was delayed and I needed to re-schedule the delivery for next Monday. I called to say I would like the whole order to be delivered together instead of separately and the guy said he would call me back to let me know. I called back 5 hours later to be told neither of them are being delivered and I need to wait another 18 weeks for my sofa. I have never been so angry at a company. My current sofas were taken away due to my new ones arriving. I now will have no sofa for Christmas and I have children. I also booked a day off work to be here for delivery. And all I get is a sorry. Well it's not good enough, I'm disgusted.

    mr. Michael he was very rude and he doesn't know how to speak and customer care. he was shouting and using fuol language.i don't refer to anybody to go there. it was big shop with bad manager.

    We went there to view some ideas we'd seen online to match some piece I'd already had. We did end up purchasing some on the day and there was a great offer on, but also the option to delay delivery until we move. The only downside is the pushyness of the associate who seemed to "stalk" us around the store. This made us feel uncomfortable to say the least. I'm also assuming they're on commission as when we advised we would return on a different day, once discussed, the was a vocal comment of "Oh... but I don't work that day"

    Had great service from start to finish from Mark. He was very knowledgeable about the range that we chose from and was really helpful and patient with my mum and I, especially as my mum was in a wheelchair, he spoke directly to her and didn't ignore her, which isn't something that appens often.

    Think twice before you order anything from Oak Furnitureland , if you do ,do not waste your money on their premium delivery service!! I placed an order back in August, dinning table and chairs, sofa bed and a desk for my new conservatory that was being built, it was recommended to me as apparently you can change your delivery date , my delivery was October 22nd I changed it till the 2nd December as my building work was delayed, twice They Emailed me to say Great News your order is available for an earlier delivery , no thank you I will stick with the 2nd December. To get an email a week before to say sorry we have shipping issues we can't deliver your order till 18th February really so where is my order that you wanted to deliver 3 times prior to the 2nd ? Oh you must of given it to someone else and now you think I am going to wait till February! So much for a premium delivery service, and my order will be cancelled.

    Wednesbury store - friendly staff, purchased a bed and was advised it would arrive on a set date, in which it arrived as stated, in perfect condition. The bed itself is sturdy.

    DISGRACEFUL, Ordered a bed and mattress 6 weeks ago for a 73 year old family member who suffers with Sciatica and needed a more steady bed/mattress. Was told the order would be delivered in 3 weeks time. Come the day , was advised order was not going to be delivered due to bad weather conditions, but would have to wait another 3 weeks for delivery???. Here we are today on the day of delivery, a delivery driver turns up with just the mattress (unbelievable!!) No communication at all from the company itself to advise of this. Delivery drivers advice was to call a customer service number, but not to really bother as you will be on hold for hours and they wont do anything anyway. He said the bed was coming from London and they do not have all the parts, (you decided to let the delivery driver tell us this on the morning of delivery?? ).So I've called the store directly, the place we have actually made the purchase from, to be advised they too will have to call the customer service number themselves!!!. We have paid £100 extra to have the bed delivered and assembled, when I told them I want this money back, I was advised they could not refund directly and they would arrange for customer services to refund, (amazing how your card machine can take payments instantly but cant refund?). Typical scenario , sale has been made now we relinquish all responsibilities. As far as Im concerned Oak Furniture Land Wednesbury was where we purchased the bed from, so Oak Furniture Land Wednesbury can SORT IT! Not to mention our family member discarded his old bed yesterday, so today he has a mattress in his room with no Frame, what now???. I will update google review with how this gets handled

    We purchased a dining room table and chairs a while ago and it was beautiful. We found a slight mark on the table top, but their technician came and and fixed it quickly for us. We have just purchased a side table and coffee table in their sale, which is due in a few weeks.
