   After visiting four different furniture outlets and viewing around 200 three-piece suites, we were starting to feel disheartened. Every suite we saw was either far too big for our house or had seats that were much too soft. We then visited the Sofa Factory Outlet and looked around the entire showroom. After explaining to Mark that we were specifically looking for a small, quality three-piece suite with firm seating, he immediately showed us one that was absolutely perfect. As soon as we sat on it, we knew it was the right choice — extremely comfortable, the ideal size, and exactly what we had been searching for. Mark took the time to explain everything in detail. He helped us choose the fabric, the colour, the leg finish, and confirmed the firmness of the seats. He also clearly explained the delivery process and the guarantee, which was very reassuring. Mark provided excellent customer service throughout — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. We have now placed our order and couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend the Sofa Factory Outlet to anyone looking for a three-piece suite. A big thank you to Mark for his outstanding service.

   So glad we found this lovely place! After being let down by another company we were left without a sofa and Mark couldn’t have been more helpful and kind and had our sofa delivered in 4 weeks. The service in-store was fantastic, and a special mention goes to Mark, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Delivery was exactly as promised—on time, and the delivery team were friendly, professional, and courteous, taking great care with the furniture and our home. The sofas themselves are of excellent quality and look superb. While the prices are slightly on the higher side, the level of service and overall experience more than justify it.    This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased from this store and I can’t speak highly enough about it. Their sofas are classy and built to last. Mark was amazing - no hard sell, very knowledgeable and informative. To say Mark goes above and beyond is an understatement! I will never buy any sofas from anywhere else due to the bespoke service, quality, range, price, knowledge and advice. The aftercare service was just as good. Mark provided two additional cushions, free of charge. You can’t get better than that! I would have no hesitation at all in recommending this company to family, friends and anybody else!

   My experience of purchasing bespoke sofas was excellent from start to finish, through choosing the style, filling and colour, to delivery. The showroom has a vast array of designs and fabrics to choose from. Kami has mastered the fine balance between being professional, welcoming and friendly. Kami's level of patience was second to none, she gave me the time to go through all of my ideas with great patience, this combined with her expertise has led to me having fabulous sofas that match my room perfectly. Whether you know exactly what you want, or need support to bring your ideas to life, you will not be disappointed. During one of my visits I met two returning customers, one changing to a new colour, and the other purchasing a sofa for a second room. This is testament to the company, product and service. Five stars for a five-star service and product. Highly recommended.

   We ordered a set of three custom sofa's from Sofa factory, the experience we had from start to finish was fantastic. We were able to choose the dimensions, design and then the type of fabric from a huge range. We were assisted by Kami, who was really knowledgeable, and helped us with our decision based on the requirements we went to sofa factory with. A year on from the sofa's being delivered and they still look and feel like they are brand new - the photo's with this review have been taken today, which shows the sofa's are of a very high quality. Would highly recommend sofa factory to others, great sofa's and a 5* service with it.

   I ordered 4 sets of cinema style sofas which have turned out amazing. I went into Sofa Factory with an idea of what I wanted and they are even better than what I envisioned. Everyone that has seen them compliments them and how comfortable they are. Kami helped us from start to finish and was very helpful, it's the best service I have received. I would definitely recommend Sofa Factory and especially Kami for her brilliant service. I will be returning to get my lounge sofas soon.
