Great shop with a delightful assistant! Massive choice of shoes/boots/sandles and all at very good & sensible prices! Large choice of Heavenly Feet. I bought a pair of boots about 7yrs ago and still going strong! Bought another pair and just love them! A definite go to when in Looe! Thank you No Worries Looe!

Called in today for my son to buy a hoodie. Unfortunately the lettering didn't come out very well. The young girl behind the counter was very friendly (although she had just experienced a very difficult customer before us) and she exchanged the hoodie no problem and explained that they were having some trouble with the yellow lettering, my son had white lettering put on the second time and it has come out fantastic.
Really disappointed and angry! Bought 2 life guard sweat shirts for my grandsons. The names were both put on the wrong sweatshirts! Apparently it's my fault and I don't know my grandsons ages. Wouldn't help at all very rude woman in the shop. I have bought things out of this shop for years for my kids and their kids, bit would never use them again. Woman in here definitely needs some staff staff training!
Great selection and plenty of stock. Most of all the friendly service made buying a pair of shoes a pleasure and not the usual chore.
Purched shoes only had for 2 mths soles split both same place soles hardly worn .not fit for purpose basicly told to sod off just kept saying 28 days cut off point told me to contact owner but mobile and email usless dont shop here if u have a complaint they dont care......
