   Got a delivery order yesterday evening, contents cold, rung restaurant to request a refund, they said had to be requested via Ballymena Eats, reported to them, takeaway rung to say they where sending a driver to collect food, informed them we had microwaved food and eaten, Ballymena Eats informed me the takeaway policy for refund was we had to return food, so no refund. Also please note our delivery was late arriving.

   Placed an order at 6.30pm when no sign of it by 7.30pm, rang into shop as app had said it had been completed. I was informed that it had just left the shop and I would be approximately the 3rd person on delivery after 2 being dropped off in ballykeel, we are Galgorm direction so no more than 20mins max. Fast forward 45 mins later it eventually turned up luke warm and bag all sweaty, chips rubbery, curry that is usually good honestly wasn't up to normal standards. I get that Saturdays can be busy but shy of 2hrs from ordering and arriving, it was not worth almost £30 for 2 meals!

   Ordered for delivery at an address 4 mins away.. delivery took 2 hours. Tried to contact the shop 6 times and they took the phone off the hook. Clearly no communication between kitchen, front of house and delivery staff. Eventually drove to collect my order and place was rank. Raw chicken fillets in a box on the floor, rubbish in the waiting area, nobody greeting customers..kitchen was mayhem. Had to return home to meet the delivery driver (not his fault as apparently an issue with the chefs) and food was just about warm but I had a dicky tummy the next day. Used to love this place but management needs to get a grip and sort the kitchen out or else they'll lose alot of business. Will never eat here again.

   Placed order at 5.00pm. It is now 7.00pm and still no food. Rang at 6.30 and was told order had left and would be with me in 10mins. Obviously that was untrue. Very poor way to run a business. Very disappointed.

   Called in yesterday at 4pm after shopping nearby , new opening hours very welcome ( 4pm- 11pm). Ordered Happy Meal A and in was brought to me in less than 9 minutes. Hot , fresh and extremely tasty. Pleasant staff and high food hygiene rating. Only downside to me would be the interior , faded price offer signs , beside a lovely new Menu ! And 20% off your first online order ! Best Chinese in North Ballymena . The beef curry is delicious.

   Woman on phone told me food will be with me shortly. 2 hours and 2 phone calls later i was told "it'll be with you soon". Gave up in the end and could really have done without the rude and condescending attitude from the lady on the phone. Won't order again.

   This place is normally very good but put an order in tonight at 17.30 and its 18.43 and still hasn't arrived. Not great service when you were told it would arrive in 15 to 20 mins when ordered

   Normally the food is good but tonight 2nd Feb the chef must been on a day off. I ordered Foo Yung and what I got was an omelette with the consistency of a cake. It was awful. Went from the best Foo Yung to omg! This is the first time I've ever had poor food from Asian Taste but nervous to order again as deliveries are so slow.

   Service was the best I've ever had. Lady was actually buzzing to be working kinda refreshing. Food was fantastic tastng, well presented and quickly served. Definitely going back. Small premises but it's a take out doesn't need to be huge.
