   We cannot speak highly enough of Willenhall Kitchens & Bathrooms. From the very outset Adrian wasn't in anyway 'pushy' as can sometimes be the case, far from it in fact, he was extremely professional and upfront throughout and using his considerable experience, he clearly has an eye for detail that proved really useful to us in the planning stage. Dependent on colour schemes you have in mind, Adrian will happily use his experience and knowledge to provide an opinion on what wall boarding, flooring, cupboard units etc. etc. work well together. The two fitters, 'little' Ade and Rob are quite the double act. The 'fit' took 8 days in total and the finish was absolutely flawless - also, they were extremely tidy workers at all times and always respectful of their surroundings. Oh, and if Ade and Rob are doing the fit, my advice would be to make sure you are stocked up on coffee! We thoroughly enjoyed their company throughout. Would we recommend Adrian, Ade and Rob? but yes, of course.

   First there is Lisa who gave us a good idea of what to expect and also, due to our tight time constraints, took the executive decision to get in touch with Adrian on a Friday evening when he was on his way to the airport for his holiday, regarding our quote. This brings us to Adrian who, from the aiport, sent the quote by WhatsApp (my e-mail chose this day to go to pot) and printed & posted us a hard copy. The high level of service was then cotinued by Steve & Gavin when the fitting was carried out with true craftsmanship and included some unexpected additional work which they did for the cost of materials only. We would reccommend Willenhall Bathrooms to everyone.

   We contacted Willenhall Bathrooms when looking for a local specialist to renovate my mum's bathroom, and specifically to make it more accessible. Adrian was a pleasure to deal with, helping with the initial design and choice of fittings. The whole project was handled very professionally - even when we had challenges with the condition of the walls following removal of the old bathroom (rectified by dry lining and rebuilding some of the brickwork). The fitters, the plasterer and the electrician were excellent at their respective trades, hardworking, conscientious and tidy. Most importantly, my mum is delighted with the finished bathroom - I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

   WOW, WOW, WOW!! Absolutely superb service from start to finish. Adrian was professional throughout helping me choose our bathroom and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Ade the fitter was marvelous & maticulous excellent attention to detail, his work is of the highest standard and consulted with me each morning, ensuring I was happy with the progress to date. Also a big thankyou to Lisa, Shaun & Rob who all played their part. 100% recommend this company our bathroom has been transformed beyond our expectations.    I was given the impression that they are not interested unless the whole bathroom or whole kitchen is going to be gutted. Was told 'they are so busy they would not just replace kitchen work surfaces but they would gut and install a whole new kitchen'. I could not be given a price for any work later than in 2 months time as prices go up every week. The person in the shop did not know the current price of anything we were interested in. I was quite disappointed but I am happy the business thiving.

   Fantastic service from start to finish. We wanted a local firm with excellent reviews and that is what we got. Adrian was knowledgeable and very helpful and fulfilled very promise. Our downstairs cloakroom was fitted by Chris who was exceptional, tidy, professional, friendly and hard working.    We had our ensuite completely gutted and re done from top to bottom. The whole experience was fantastic. The ensuite shower room looks amazing and works like a dream. Steve was excellent. Really informative, answered all our questions and was extremely tidy. Adrian was brilliant at keeping us in the know with when things were being delivered such as the skip, tiles etc. I feel like I've made some good friends. Great service in these uncertain times. Thanks guys. Looking forward to getting the kitchen done now with them! Would not hesitate to call on Willenhall Kitchens and Bathrooms to do any other renovations in the future. I just wanted to edit my review to say we also had our kitchen done as well by Willenhall Kitchens and Bathrooms. Got my dream kitchen now, very happy with the service, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future work. Steve, Ade, Phil and Adrian were all excellent. Thanks guys for your hard work, for being so tidy and for also being approachable. Customer service was second to none. I've added before and after photos.

   Just had our en-suite completely replaced and honestly couldn't fault the whole process from start to finish. Adrian understood what we wanted, provided some excellent advice and recommendations and even accommodated some last minute changes of mind by us with no fuss. Steve the fitter was also superb. Quality of work was second to none, spoke to us throughout to ensure we were getting what we wanted and was the tidiest workman we have ever had in the house. Both Adrian and Steve were very friendly, professional and absolutely delivered as promised. We couldn't be happier and wished we'd done this ages ago. We will definitely be using Willenhall Bathrooms & Kitchens again for future work and can't recommend them highly enough.
