   We’ve just had our living room carpet and landing/stairs cleaned, and what a fantastic job. Ivan was superb. He’s a really friendly chap who explained the process, and was both thorough and professional. He even managed to get some playdough out of the carpet that’s been there for years. It looks and smells a million times better, and I’d absolutely recommend his services. 10/10

   ⸻ Absolutely Gobsmacked! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I hadn’t read any reviews before booking and just Googled local carpet cleaners—had about 10 numbers to call for quotes. With four elderly dogs, my carpets were heavily stained, and I needed something chemical-free. It was hard to choose. Ivan was the third call I made, and although his price was three times higher than the others, after just a few minutes on the phone I made up my mind. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about his work, and holds himself to very high standards. He knows exactly how to treat old stains without making them worse, and I loved his choice of safe, eco-friendly cleaning products. He’s also friendly, professional, and his timing is outstanding—he worked very fast without compromising quality. After he finished the job, I just wanted to hug him—the results were that amazing! Worth every penny! My carpets look and smell incredible, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Ivan if you want the job done right the first time.

   I can't recommend Ivan at Pro Touch Clean Ltd enough! He is the most professional, considerate and passionate upholstery/carpet cleaner we've ever booked. His service is second to none. I wish I got an image of his set up! We booked Ivan to clean our Parker Knoll armchairs. Ivan was very thorough and very attentive to the details. He assessed the materials in advance and made sure he used the correct process and products for our chairs. He explained and shows us videos in advance of the process which reassured us too. He respected our home and the surroundings making sure everything was protected and covered during the clean. Best cleaning service we have ever used and now we will be booking in our carpet clean in the next couple of months. Highly recommend this company and service- 5 STARS!    Fantastic cleaning !! Ivan is the most professional guy I have met in UK probably. He arrived at the time he committed . Explained upfront what he will do. The overhead tank on my house leaked for days while the house was empty and it had soaked the carpet on the landing and steps completely . Ivan took his time to extract as much water possible , clean the carpet and spray the disinfectant to avoid bacteria. I had thought that I would have to replace the carpet but Ivan made the carpet look like new . The charges are very economical . Thanks Ivan. Will use your service again
